Definitely Recommend... 1/24/2011

I had been avoiding a visit to the chiropractor for a very long time because of concerns about cost, time and whether it would even help in the log run. I finally gave in and found Crosby Chiropractic and Dr. Ruppelt. So far I've been pleasantly surprised. Dr. Ruppelt did an assessment for my first visit, and when I came in for my second, she had a complete work-up for me (the only thing I can think to compare it to is a business plan!). It explained what she found, her plan on correcting it, the number of visits I would need and a date to reassess. It made me so much more comfortable with starting treatment. In addition to that, I found out that my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care, but I am still able to get treatment because the office set up a payment plan that works with my budget. Since I've started (which has only been a week), I have noticed far fewer headaches and an improvement in my lower back and hips. All of this combined with the awesome staff completely reaffirms my decision - definitely recommend!!! more

Crosby Chriopractic 1/17/2011

Crosby Chiropractic Doctors and team are awsome, super, great, skilled, very professional, kind, caring, compassionate, friendly and funny. Dr. Sau has been treating me for the past few weeks. I hurt my back and could hardly move, stand, sit, walk, shower, drive a car or anything else. My pain was really bad (10+) Dr. Sau did her magic with her chiropractic skills, acupuncture, ultra sound and ice. Now I'm walking much better, driving, showering easier. Dr. Sau has really given me so much relef. No all the pain is gone but I am confident Dr. Sau will take care of the rest of the pain in the next few weeks. I would recommend Dr. Sau or any of the other doctors. Staff is super too. Only thing left to say is Thank You!! more

Crosby Chiropractic has changed my life forever! 1/15/2011

I have been going to Crosby chiropractic for 18 years!!! Why have I gone there for so long? Because not only are the staff and doctors amazing, but the quality of care I have received is better beyond words! People all around me rely on drugs and doctors so often... I have learned from personal experience as well as many of my friends and family, that a simple adjustment can make even a colicky baby be happy again! more

The best compliment you can pay to a business is referring friends and family. I've done both. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr Patt is keeping myself, my daughter, my best friend, my husband's best friend, and my neighbor walking upright and happy. P.S. My daughter thinks Dr Michelle ROCKS! more

great work 1/5/2011

After over 15 years, since I was 7 years old, even before Crosby started her own practice, she has not only helped me but also my sister, when she was diagnosed with.fibromialgia at the age if 14. Between my active softball high school career, broken bones, ruptured discs, car accidents, Crosby, brown, and patt have helped my family, including aunts, uncles, and Co workers. Not only have they all helped with muscle and joints, but also medical issues my doctors were never able to find. Dr. Crosby and group are the first ones I go to for any issues I have. I have been to different chiropractors before, and I keep returning here. Even though it is a 45 minute drive, this care is worth my time and money. more
