I had been avoiding a visit to the chiropractor for a very long time because of concerns about cost, time and whether it would even help in the log run. I finally gave in and found Crosby Chiropractic and Dr. Ruppelt. So far I've been pleasantly surprised. Dr. Ruppelt did an assessment for my first visit, and when I came in for my second, she had a complete work-up for me (the only thing I can think to compare it to is a business plan!). It explained what she found, her plan on correcting it, the number of visits I would need and a date to reassess. It made me so much more comfortable with starting treatment. In addition to that, I found out that my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care, but I am still able to get treatment because the office set up a payment plan that works with my budget. Since I've started (which has only been a week), I have noticed far fewer headaches and an improvement in my lower back and hips. All of this combined with the awesome staff completely reaffirms my decision - definitely recommend!!!
