I have 4 rescued bunnies. I have always hated to ask relatives and neighbors to watch my bunnies when I have to travel for work. Critter Nannies has been a Godsend for me and my bunnies. They always go above and beyond with them. I get such a chuckle out of the stories they write about their time spent with them. This company is the best! more

I reside in Buffalo Grove and I was referred to Critter Nannies by my brother who uses them for dog walking. I have 4 cats that this wonderful company cares for everytime I go on vacation, which is approx. 3 times per year. The Nannies always deliver excellent care to my kitties and I know that they have been so well cared for when I return home. Thank you Critter Nannies for helping us out! more

I was very fortunate to have stumbled across Critter Nannies at a pet expo in Palatine last summer. Prior to finding Critter Nannies I relied on my neighbor and neice to help with my pets when I went away. Which was difficult. Critter Nannies cares for my 2 rabbits and my 11 year rescued Pomeranian when I travel for work several times per year. I enjoy reading their informative and cute reports when I arrive home. They attend to every need for my pets and it is always relieving to know they are in good hands with Critter Nannies. They are A Plus in my book! more

I reside in Arlington Heights, have 3 cats and travel often for work. I struck gold when finding Critter Nannies. They go out of their way to ensure every detail is attended to for my 3 cats. One of my cats is diabetic and requires insulin. While another cat requires meds two times per day. Critter Nannies makes me feel at ease when away from them. In addition to their wonderfully professional care, Critter Nannies brings in my mail and any packages I have as well. We live in Buffalo Grove and had a very rough time finding a reputable pet care company. It seemed there were alot that had just began their companies after losing their jobs. A couple we called on for interviews did not even have their own pets. Which we thought was very odd. We wound up trying two different companies and had very bad experiences. We finally tripped across Critter Nannies...we had saw they were highly rated on Angie's List and even found out my husband's co-worker uses them. After meeting with Critter Nannies we knew it was a perfect fit. more

I travel ALOT for my career. I looked long and hard when it came to finding a pet care company that I could trust to care for my 2 St Bernards. They are very spoiled by me and I wanted their pet caretaker to do the same in my absence. I am so happy to have found Critter Nannies. They care for my dogs at least 2-3 times a month. My dogs are always content and relaxed when I come home. I will never consider boarding them again. It is just too stressful. Critter Nannies visits 3 times per day. It is actually less expensive for me to let them stay at home, as opposed to boarding. So happy with Critter Nannies Inc. more

Any so called pet sitter may hang out a sign WITHOUT a license from the state of IL. They are not required to pass tests such as a hair dresser or even a medical doctor. In this case, it is nothing more than n a business license that is purchased for $50 from the state. For this owner to advertise that she is licensed by the State of IL is deceptive and SHOULD BE REMOVED. Also, if she is advertising this, one can only imagine what her work must be like! Stay away from this service. Services come a dime a dozen. No doubt there is someone closer and more HONEST!!! more

My 3 Greyhounds love their Nanny! We have been using Critter Nannies Dog Walking & Pet Sitting's pet care services for 2 years now. I cannot say enough about how much they have helped me and my dogs. They walk my dogs 4-5 days per week for lunchtime walks. It takes a big load off my mind to know that my dogs are getting the attention and exercise that they deserve, since I work such crazy long hours and commute downtown. Many times I know I will be stuck at work longer than normal and all I have to do is contact Critter Nannies and let them know in the AM...they always have been able to add a dinner visit in addition to the lunch visit. I also rely on them to chauffeur my 3 dogs to the vet and groomer. Their Pet Taxi service has been indispensable. I don't always have time to do it myself! I had no idea there was a professional company like Critter Nannies Inc. around in this area. I lived in New Jersey in the past and did not have the best of luck with dog walkers while living in Jersey. In fact my experiences with another pet caretaker scared me when I was living there. But Critter Nannies provides everything you could want for your dogs and more! They are A++++ in my book! I found them on Angie's List...with an A+ rating. Then after a few months of using them I realized some fellow parishioners from my church used them too! If you are looking for dependability, professionalism, quality and reasonably priced pet care, you just cannot go wrong with Critter Nannies! We have been using Critter Nannies for 5 years now, for our 3 cats. I cannot tell you how much we love this company! The entire staff is incredible knowledgeable. They are flexible, friendly and have accomodated my incredibly crazy schedule. My kitties look forward to seeing their pet sitters everytime I go away. Critter Nannies has been walking our 7 year old Border Collie for 4 years. We are just thrilled with Critter Nannies' care! Our sitter is Jennifer, a Vet Tech and our dog just adores her! Critter Nannies sitters are very knowledgeable when it comes to pets I have found. Jennifer even spotted a lump on our dog's side and brought it to our immediate attention. My husband and I had not noticed it! It turned out it was a malignant tumor. We had to have it removed and she is doing fine right now. My advice to all pet owners is to be sure you select not only a trustworthy company but also one that is knowledgeable when it comes to pets. I have read many stories online and there are so many companies out there that just don't have a clue when it comes to animals! In terms of being educated .....Critter Nannies is pet savvy ! We have been using Critter Nannies for 4 years now. We do not know what we would do without them! Our sitter Layne, is so good with our 7 year Black Lab Bailey. Bailey just adores her! He actually waits looking out the window, about the time he knows she will arrive to walk him. When she arrives he goes crazy! My husband and I are very extremely busy and commute downtown daily. Critter Nannies not only assists us with daily lunchtime walks, but also dinnertime walks. We have gotten stuck at work or stuck in the city due to bad weather and they are always accomodating with adding additional visits to care for our Bailey. I have tried several dog walking companies in the Northwest Suburbs. Critter Nannies is by far the best in the area. My sitter has a background as a vet tech and my dog just adores her! I have been using Critter Nannies for a year now and I highly recommend them for dog walks or vacation care. My Min-Pin, Lucy is a rescue, I could never board her. With Critter Nannies, they come to care for her in my home. Where she is happy and content. In the past I have tried to depend on neighbors and then tried some lesser known pet companies. Bad idea....what I got was unresponsible young high school kids coming to care for my dog and into my home!
