STAY AWAY!! They do a horrible job on the car wash. I brought my jeep in and their employees swirled the heck out of my paint. I'm not sure if he just used dirty towels or what but now I have swirls all over it. I brought it to the manager Miguel's attention and he refused to make try and fix it. It took an 1 1/2 to do and oil change and wash and I'm left with a car full of swirls. Horrible customer service ! I am boycotting them. more

Washed my car today. I have a few cars that I take here. Found damage to my car after the wash. Asked for the manager and talked to him about it. After explaining that they damaged my car during the wash process he said prove it. I told him I know my own car and the damage just happened. Again he said prove it. I was so mad. DO NOT take your car here unless you can ""prove it"". Will complane to the city about them. Anyone know who the owner is? more

They put the wrong oil in my car, and didn't wash the side of the car I wouldn't see. They hurried on my car (it was old) and spent precious time and matriculate detail on newer cars. When I came back to ask about the oil they said I was wrong and making a big deal about nothing, and when I come back I will get a 5% off coupon. No attention detail, no concern about the customer. And its ridiculously expensive. My friend brought his car in and they chipped the paint. more

BEWARE!! This gas station had diesel gas in their unleaded pumps this week, which completely ruined my engine!!!!! Spoke to manager who acknowledged the issue but was less than apologetic. I understand it's not his fault, he explained it was a mix up by the delivery driver, but his apathetic attitude didn't help. more

I brought my car in for a wash about a year ago to Christa Chevron in Santa Clarita and noticed the next day the little lever that adjusts the air duct was broken. We did not let the manager of the car wash know (we should have) and took it in to have it serviced at the Acura dealer as it was under warranty. I took the car in a week ago for a wash again (my mistake) and the exact same thing happened, except a different lever was broken. My husband noticed it when I bought the car home. All the little levers had been slammed down when the person at the car wash wiped them. My husband went in to tell them. The Manager said there was no way they could have broken it and was insulting and rude. I left a message for the owners, but they never called back. Whatever you do, do not go to this car wash. They are scamming people out of their money and they don't even wash a car that well. They have a guy named Paul from Hybrid Auto glass that tells you have a chip or a pit in your window and that they will fix it and that all you have to do is give them your insurance information. It is a total scam. Now that I have read many of their reviews I am realizing that they run a very shady operation. Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more
