bad service 8/13/2009

i recently took my phone to cricket at the mall because it was having charging problems. the employee told me it was my charger and i should buy a new one. soon after my phone wouldnt charge at all so i looked for a new one. turns out my lingo isnt the only one that had charging problems. the hole for the charger loosens and gets pushed back out of reach. they completely told me the wrong problem Pros: quick easy set up Cons: have no clue what they are talking about more
