Devastating. Went there today and they did not even want to help me because I am driving a SAAB and they cannot wheel and deal with me because of that reason. I have mentioned that Irvine BMW gave me good price on my SAAB, and I have also mentioned to the sale person Diamond that a guy named Nabil at Irvine BMW went above and beyond to make the sale happen, and Diamond mentioned he knows Nabil, and still did not offer to even show me the 3 Series that I am interested in.\r This is my third visit to this dealership and they were never helpful or even courteous. They do not even deserve even one star. more

Horrible customer service at the service department. Jason Beers is a liar and gets mad when you call him out on it. I will never go back. I've serviced my cars at dealerships for over 10yrs and have never had an experience like this. more

This is a review for Crevier BMW sales department as well as Crevier’s salesperson, not for service department. I was shopping for a BMW 135i. I gave Crevier salesperson two other BMW dealerships’ lower price to match. The salesperson flat out told me that Crevier BMW will not match other dealership and Crevier BMW will be the highest priced dealership because Crevier BMW has the best “service”. He then gave me a 10 minute lecture that I need to learn how to “pay for service”. What an arrogance! So I just walked away from Crevier BMW. There are plenty of BMW dealerships around who are eager to earn my business and not insult me like Crevier BMW. more

Disgusting 11/3/2011

Took my car in for service and it was taken for a 25 mile ride without my authorization and my GPS was stolen from the car. I was told the dealership is not responsible. Their behavior is disgusting! Take all personal items from the car and make sure you monitor the mileage before drop off and upon picking up your vehicle. more

Crevier BMW has the best and most knowledgeable staff around. They were able to tell me all the differences between the 325 and the 328i also the 5 series. To know all that information you really must have done your homework. I enjoy to speak to someone that knows about their field and can give me al the specs and info I could ever want. If you have any questions about a BMW this is the place you should go to. more

Crevier BMW has some of the best selection around for new and used cars. When they say you cant be extremely picky when buying a car unless you order it, here its not that way. From every model in every color, to different color intoners. They have so much to choose from. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase from Crevier BMW. more

Crevier BMW has a great selection of used cars on their lot. I was able to look around without being hassled or pressured by anyone. When I found the one I liked we took it for a test drive. I really enjoyed the time and experience I encountered at Crevier BMW. more

Crevier BMW has some of the best staff around. I whet in for some minor repairs and I left feeling very good. When you show up here they really go out of there way just to put a smile on your face. This places truly is one of a kind. more

I have been looking around for a new BMW. I have searched on the internet and all over the Southern California area and I haven?t really found too much. Las week I came across Crevier BMW and liked some of the inventory they had. This week I stopped by and was blown away by the selection they had on hand. I didn?t get, we can order that, or we can look for it. for anyone wanting a BMW this is the place to go for a variety. more

I came into Crevier BMW looking for a new 3 series convertible. When I arrived they had a very good selection for inventory that I was able to choose from the color and the accessories that the vehicle came with. Im really glad I come to Crevier BMW and was able to find the car I have wanted to get. They made it all possible. more

Best in Years 7/28/2011

We leased a 2011 328I last week and I wanted to share with you how well we were treated by Stephan Caraway. Stephan knowledge and presentation of the of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason we leased a BMW, not the MBZ which I was also considering. I have purchased and leased several cars over the last 30 years and dealing with Stephan was one of best experiences I have made in many years. Top Ten 7/22/2011

It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I had a nail in it and as a courtesy they went ahead and repaired it. I was so impressed with the level of service I received here at Crevier I am going to tell everyone I know with a BMW. Top ten dealer in my book. more

Where do I begin. I stoped here on a fluke looking for a used car. I didn?t think anyone would finance me on a new car considering I have been turned down at two other places. When I arrived I started looking in the used section which had some great looking cars. When my salesmen met with me he said before we start looking for cars lets see what you can get approved for. They ran my credit and he came back with the best news I heard in a long time. They would approve me for a new lower end car. I was so happy I was speechless. We left the used car area and started looking at the 3 series BMW?s. I ended up with a new 328i and I love it so much. Thank you so much to Crevier BMW more

“One stop Shopping.” Otherwise this was easily the best, most, professional, most pleasant, and most trouble-free new car purchase I’ve made (I have bought 4 new cars).
