Close to campus 11/12/2005

These apartments have several buildings, which are all located quite close to campus. The variety of apartment types is quite good, from studios to several bedrooms. The only problem arises from the most relevant benefit of the place - closeness to campus means parking is pretty tight, so they have all residents put stickers on their cars. Then if you have visitors (card without stickers) and they park in your lot, their cars will get towed - I'd seen that happen more than once. more

Odd parking rules, otherwise pretty good 11/1/2005

The only serious drawback of these apartments is the fact that they have strictly enforsed parking. You friends can't park in your lot even if they came to see you - they are in danger to be towed. Your car HAS to prominently display a sticker with Crestview permit - and it has to be stuck outside on the back of it. They don't care what it takes to remove it afterwards! From other standpoints, the prices are decent, the landlords calm, and the closeness to campus unsurpassable. more
