Crest Infiniti Illegal Repossession 5/20/2012

I went to lease a new 2011 Infiniti G37, and it has been a giant headache ever since. I entered the dealership with my cosigner, and we were both told to sign all papers digitally without even looking at them! Caught up in the rush, I went ahead and signed just so I could have the keys to my beautiful new car in my hand. I later found out that the deal they gave me was no where near the deal that was originally drawn up the week before, but my payments were the same (must have been a math mistake on their end.) I was frustrated from this, but I didn't get too upset because I'm the one that made the decision of not reading carefully over what I was signing. The dealership told me that the financing was 100%, and I was good to go. Them knowing that I would not sign anything without being approved for financing, I was assured I was approved and would not have any issues. I received a call two and a half weeks later telling me the financing has fallen through, and to bring the car back, or purchase it at a higher price. I declined this offer, as they had cashed my check, and I had the signed documents of my lease and told them I would be seeking guidance from legal counsel. On October, 29th 2011 a representative of Crest Infiniti illegally repossessed my vehicle. I have since taken legal action against the dealership. My sales person was Seth Harwood My finance manager was Rob Shawnee I even had the pleasure of speaking with the GM Mike Brosin on multiple occasions. Best experience I?ve ever had in buying a vehicle! Mike Malone was a doll as were the finance folks! When I picked up my vehicle, it looked gorgeous! I realized the next day that I didn?t have my floor mats and all I had to do was call Mike, and he made sure he had the mats for me for pick up the next day. Everybody I came in contact with at the dealership was wonderful. I will most definitely be a repeat customer! more

This was the BEST car buying experience I?ve ever had. It was fast, easy and painless. The whole transaction took less than an hour compare to the hours and days it took with other dealerships that I had dealt with in the past. I have never had a better experience purchasing a car. Not even close! I am so happy with me sales person and the dealership. I was in a bad place with my other car. 200,000 plus miles and two more years on the note. Mr. Sabu really helped me out with a reliable used car.
