They are so abusive, NKC Hospital is going to get sued becuase of their tactics. There is no talking to them even in a calm and polite manner, just rude and abusive everytime I call there. Right off the bat they started threatening me with my credit report first call. I make payments, they don't send statments. Now they are refusing to because it cost them a stamp. Anna and supposively Kelly is a supervisor but she is just hostile and won't even let you speak talks over you and interrupts. Why would I send payments to a company who can't even reconcle with you montly because it cost them a stamp. RIDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT to deal with when your trying to give them money!!! Sad they can't even put their hostility aside to collect a payment! Bad business and unprofessionalism runs amuck here with obviously no competent supervision!
