Where do I begin with these guys. FIRST and foremost DO NOT WORK WITH THIS LENDER!!! They exclusively deal with THE WORST car dealerships know to man. They fund FRAUDULENT auto loans, and try to divert blame as soon as you catch them in the act. We ended up Paying $12,000 dollars for a $3500 car because of these IDIOTS and PAYLESS AUTO SALES in WOODLAND CA.(THIEVES) They STOLE our huge down payment and FINANCED the FULL AMOUNT!!! From the receptionist whose voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard, right up to the account manager who treats you like CRAP. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! more

IF YOU MAKE EXTRA PAYMENTS THEY WILL NOT ONLY ADD A LATE FEE BUT ALSO KEEP THE PAYMENT AND NOT CREDIT IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF, AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY WORST ENEMY. IF YOU DO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM I RECOMMEND GETTING A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT HISTORY. LOOK AT IT VERY CLOSELY.
