Kristi and Irma are so good to our pets. My pets seem as if we have just been gone for the day when we get home. They treat my "kids" like they are there own. They are amazing people who truly love their job and their clients!-four legged and two!! Their prices are very competitive being that they are bonded and insured. Kristi and Irma at Creature Keepers have been caring for my cats when we're out of town for years now. They're absolutely wonderful. It's great knowing I can leave town and not have to worry about my cats. They'll bring in the paper, put the trash dumpster out--and most importantly--give my cats lots of TLC. Last year we left and my newly adopted kitten got sick. Kristi took him to the vet for me, and called me with updates--then brought him home when he was ready. By the time we returned, our cats were all just fine. Kristi also does an excellent grooming job. She has been grooming my cats for several years and is SO gentle and sweet with them--even when they're extremely fiesty, she knows how to handle them. My name is Nikki and I live in the Richardson area. I have been using Creature Keepers for years now for my in-home pet care and sitting while traveling. I find both Irma and Kristy to be more than competent and dependable for handlng any pet situation that might occur and cannot care for your own pet. Recently, my large male cat was very ill and could not hold any food down and if it had not been for Irma coming over to help me get medication down him for three weeks twice a day, he might not have made it. The two ladies who run this business are very dedicated to their clients. They will also alternate lights in your house, bring in newspaper/mail, water plants etc. while you are on vacation. A great way to allow your pet to stay home and be comfortable in its own surroundings. Kristi is a groomer and has several years experience under her belt. She can bath/clip pets nails as well.
