After paying for nearly $4000 in tile, up front, I have seen nothing. After waiting over two months (and missing two promised delivery dates) I demanded my money back. Shane Mulstay wrote me a check and it bounced. I am still trying to recover the money. He has made promises to me but has not delivered. I have no faith in him or this company. Check the Better Business Bureau website, you will see this company is ""grade F"". Avoid at all costs. more

I visited Shane several times last year. I was impressed by his interest in doing the job to my satisfaction. Yes, his quote for cabinets and granite was lower than others. I gave him a $4,000 deposit via credit card. And waited. And revisited. And waited. He never came for measurements or started the project. By the time I asked my CC company to act, too much time had passed. I am now dealing through the BBB wich is SlowSlowSlow. Shane never responded to multiple calls, messages and emails requesting an explanation and refund of my deposit. He avoided me and kept the money. It is not enough to justify lwayer fees, so I will see if he responds to the BBB claim. His address should be 224 Unfair Street. Pros: Sounds promising, low prices, but......... I had a great experience with this company from the moment i was referred by a friend. Mr. Mulstay was more than helpful and very knowledgable about helping me decide on flooring. He even came out to CT to do my measurements. His staff kept in contact with me during odering process and i was very satisfied by the customer service i recieved. I did make a change in ordering date and still promptly recieved my material. I would also send the recommendations on for this company. Shane Mulstay is a rip off artist!!! He stole money from my daughter. She hired him for a kitchen counter top, took her check, cashed it and that was it .... no counter top, no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY, HE'S A THIEF Cons: He stole money more
