I do NOT recommend this daycare at all. Yes, it is a great learning facility & the staff that had taken care of my daughter were wonderful, but the owner was a different story. The owner puts up a really good front when you go in for the tour, but the reality is she is VERY rude & has absolutely no idea what goes on in her daycare! It was documented that my child never eat or drink any milk products & she lied on several occasions to try to cover up the fact they fed her milk products by accident. My child was in the 6mo-1yr class for the past 5mos along with a VERY sick child who was constantly infecting her. The owner made me believe that something was wrong with my child's immunity or had allergies & continued to cover up for the other child. One instance that I know she tried covering up was when I dropped my daughter off at 7:30 one morning I was standing right next to the chronically sick child when a staff member took his temp which was 102.8 and I heard the asst director say they needed to have the mother come & pick him up. When I arrived at 3:30 that afternoon the sick kid was still there because the mother refused to pick him up because she said she didn't time for that. When I confronted the owner the next morning because my child fell ill with the flu (which come to find out that's what Parker had the day before) she told me he didn't go home because although he looked really bad he didn't have to go home because he wasn't running fever...she had no idea that I witnessed them take his temp. She immediately tried to act surprised when I told her that I saw it with my own eyes...she tried saying she never knew about the fever. I trusted this lady & believed her that something was wrong with my baby. After 33 Drs/specialists visits, 12 doses of antibiotics, 3 shots, 4 bloodwork orders, 2 sweat tests for CF, & allergy testing yesterday we find out there is absolutely nothing wrong with my baby girl & my feeling about that very sick kid the daycare has allowed to stay in her class without sending him home has been right all along. When I confronted the owner I was told that since he has been there longer than my baby that he gets to stay and my daughter has to leave immediately. She was enrolled there 5 months & has missed 62 days for illnesses so we've lost $1,085 in tuition for days we paid for but lost because she was sent home, spent $1300 on co-pays & medicines, $500 on her deductible, & $10,416 in lost wages because I had to miss work on the days she wasn't allowed in daycare, all the sleepless nights watching her feel miserable, & all the unnecessary needles & tests that she had to go thru. You're probably asking yourself how I know for a fact that it's got to be this chronically sick child who's making her sick...well she's been in an older class for a week now (away from that kid) and she hasn't even had so much as a runny nose. One of the daycare workers walked outside with me one day so the surveillance cameras couldn't see her & she informed that this wasn't the first something this horrible has happened & that they are very shady with running their business. The sick kid's mom had an established relationship with these people since her other children went there so she apparently gets better treatment than the rest. The owner hurt my baby & costs us a lot of money. I have contacted the state & have requested a full investigation & have contacted my lawyer. I should have figured something wasn't right when they never have a waiting list & they are never at full capacity....
Pros: they are a learning facility...that's about it
Cons: Horrible people run the daycare...cover up lots of bad stuff
