The worst experience I've had with any business EVER. 5/4/2011

That is not an exaggeration. I went to Creative Approach to get post cards printed for my senior photography show, kind of a big deal. The cards were meant to represent my photos, as well as my friend's photos who is doing the show with me, so that people would see the cards around town and want to come see our show. So we spent a lot of time designing them to be just perfect, brought them to Creative Approach because we figured a professional printing service would be most convenient as well as have good quality. Well we were severely mistaken. Not only did the cards turn out HORRIBLE, they treated us like complete idiots for trying to understand how the final output can look SO much different from the file. They were dark and extremely pixelated, from a 300dpi file. It made no sense. One of the lovely employees informed me that ""the computer is lit from behind.."" Thanks, I didn't know that about computers before! So when I asked what I should do to my file to make them print out the way I wanted, he yelled ""RIGHT! Have an attitude!"", and proceeded to walk away from me, never trying to help me again. When I returned a third time to pick up the reprinted cards, they were still pixelated and darker than they should be. They were embarrassing. When trying to figure out how a 300dpi file could turn out so pixelated, the owner just kept saying over and over ""I printed the file YOU gave me, that's YOUR file."" With no explanation. So I left. And threw the cards out that I paid $80 for because I couldn't stand the thought of handing them out to anyone. I will never EVER step foot in that place again. I can't imagine why they decided treating your paying customer's like they are 5 years old and chastising said customer's for you own mistakes was a good way to run a business. NEVER. more

HORRIBLE, RUDE, deserving of 0 stars? 3/10/2010

Creative Approach is a nightmare. There is no order to how they take in customers. You may wait 45 minutes at a computer, even after complaining that you have been there much longer than the person they suddenly decide to wait on. . After I complained because I had been there for about a half an hour waiting and they were waiting on someone who had been there about 10 min, I was told I have to raise my hand to be waited on. No one else had to raise their hand! What are we in kindergarten? After I complained another worker proceeded to wait on 3 people who had been there for roughly 5 min, while I had been there 45 minutes. I was standing up, like other people who were waited on, thinking, when you are ready you should stand up. Yet, there is no sign to raise your hand, stand up, no sign in sheet either. Not only are they disorganized but rude. I was appalled at the attitude of the workers, they are incredibly rude and obnoxious. They practically yell at you when talking to you about what paper you want...and get extremely mean if you do not have your file as a TIFF. Definitely would not recommend them, especially not during finals week. I know good service, I used to go to Ink Branding here in Savannah, then had to unfortunately switch. I will be finding another place to print my art Pros: cheap Cons: extremely rude and disorganized, not great prints either more

creative approach 2/18/2009

I have never worked at creative, nor am i being bribed or have an alternative motive for writing this. I have had good experiences at creative. Not stellar, but enough that i exclusively use them. They're very real people who have given me a discount when ive printed out 50 different pages. Ive needed help redoing a file, and they helped. It wasn't immediate, but there were other customers who had everything ready to print that they got to first, because they had to spend more time on mine, and that's fine with me. more

Not friendly, bad customer service. 2/18/2009

First Off, CutiePie1980 works for Creative Approach. This is a review trying to revive itself from the well deserved one star. Pros: good equipment Cons: bad customer service, slow, frustrating more

Highest Quality Printing available in Savannah! 5/21/2008

I went in for the first time the other day and I saw the employees of Creative Approach helping freshman set up their documents to get the best quality printing out of their work, I saw them working hard to make sure that each project was printed at the highest quality. Even when people were so rude to them, they took it like champs and helped the customers through their frustrations! I was very impressed not only with their customer service, but their fun-loving attitudes that never got in way of their work. You can tell the manager really loves his work and his heart is in printing.... Pros: Best Prices in town/Parking/Customer Service Cons: none!! more

Great Customer Service and Great Prices 5/19/2008

I own All American Pressure Cleaning in Savannah, Georgia and we have used many local as well as online printers for various business cards, flyers, etc. I was referred to Creative Approach by a friend and had a great experience. Great service - I do not know anything about MACS and they helped me convert my files and get everything setup. Quick turnaround and good prices. Pros: Nice guys- cool store. Cons: limited parking and it seems they stay pretty busy. more

doesn't even deserve the one star. 3/16/2008

Unbelievable. Worst customer service anywhere to be found. Second you walk in, every single employee treats you as if you are the most incompetent person in the world. I encountered three of the employees, each one refused to help me. I would have to call people over to help, then after reaching out, the would ignore me. One of the managers actually completely turned around his chair on me and began a conversation with someone else (one that was not important what so ever, btw) in the middle of me asking him for help. They continued to make up BS explanations about why my photos weren't turning out with the quality I expect from a professional printing place... the same photos that i've been staring at for the past 9 weeks. After a grueling experience with every employee, it ended with the owner...(yes, the OWNER) saying to me in the snottyist tone i've ever heard, ""Well, you just don't know anything about printing."" The whole ordeal ended up with me doing something i've never done before in any place of business, getting in an argument with the manager over customer service and storming out. After discussing the whole ordeal with my fellow photography students, many of them were relieved that someone had finally stood up to the managers. Pros: Somewhat nice environment, Sad that they waste it. Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRINTS ARE HORRIBLE!!! more
