Crate & Barrel

Crate & Barrel is a great store I like to go to when I am shopping for items for my house.\r They have a large selection of home decor products and accessories (candles, candleholders, lamps, rugs, office accessories, vases...), kitchen items and cool gadgets (bowls, knives, cutting boards, platters, bbq essentials...), storage boxes, bed & bath accessories... you name it you find it!\r The staff is pretty helpful and friendly, too. I ordered outdoor furniture for my patio (teak table/teak chairs, sunbrella umbrellas, outdoor lounge chairs) and some furniture for my guest bedroom and I must say that their customer service is impeccable (everything I ordered got delivered on time).\r There is parking right underneath the building which is very convenient. We just moved into a new place and had to pick up some dishes and silverware. Crate & barrel had it all right there and it wasn't expensive. Everything that I got was nice. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone who is looking for kitchen and house supplies. I browsed through the furniture while I was there since that's the next project. I didn't buy anything. I ordered 3 custom furniture pieces (their furniture and I picked the fabric). My sales associate Sonja went so above and beyond. Not only was she knowledgeable about everything regarding custom orders but her follow up is amazing. After the manufacturer messed up the original fabric that I purchased in an LA Fabric store, Sonja went to the store on her day off to ensure that the fabric the manufacturer now had to purchase in order to complete my custom job was from the same dye lot and would perfectly match. She kept me updated along the way and ensured that manufacturer worked along w/ Crate & Barrel to ensure I was taken care of for the significant inconveniences I experienced. The management team at C & B did their best as well to have someone check my pieces at the warehouse to ensure they?d arrive perfectly. I would definitely purchase from them again even though I?m sure my order had more freakish problems at the manufacturer than normal. (The staff even confirmed this).
