If your insurance won't cover the damage, don't let Marcos Auto Body tear down your car, because if you choose not to do repairs here, they will try to intimidate you into fixing ...

Good Old fashion service 9/27/2011

Heard about Marcos. Went for an estimate. The place was first class. They helped me in that good old fashion way. They answered all of my hundreds of questions. They spent so much time with me that I felt guilty. Being a woman, it's hard to find an auto place that can be trusted. They lightly buffed the small damage area of my car for free. My car looked great. They didn't charge for helping me. No, this company is NOT a scam artist. They are a rare bread. It's hard to find places like this . more

Rare customer service for budget conscience customer 3/14/2011

I went to Marco's in Pasadena. The one that is north of the freeway. I had 2 deep scratches on my Accord. The manager looked at, and had someone buff it. He said they can paint it, but asked me what i felt about the it now that it was buffed. It was amazing. It made it look so much better, so I decided to not paint it, but I to tell him because I didn't know what he would charge me. He said it's free!!!! He said that he just wanted to help me. Can you believe it? Who does that kind of thing today? more

Scam artists 1/4/2008

If your insurance won't cover the damage, don't let Marcos Auto Body tear down your car, because if you choose not to do repairs here, they will try to intimidate you into fixing it there, and if you still refuse, they will try to get as much money out of you as possible (they will charge you $500 just for a tear down fee, plus costs for storage fees.) I do not recommend going here. Way overpriced and the representatives are not forthcoming. Cons: Questionable customer service and high estimates and additional fees more
