Quick, and Professional 5/19/2012

Excellent service that exceeded my expectations. 5/7/2012

Please know that I am very satisfied with the work that Mr. Carl Patterson and staff did on my mirror and window. They both work better now, than they did before. Additionally, I want to thank Mr. Patterson for the extra work he did to fix the rattle ling in the driver side door, as well as the extra Detail work that was done on the interior and exterior... When I picked-up my car from the Brake and Alignment Shop, it looked awesome. This was a really pleasant surprise! Believe me, it hasn't looked that good in many years. Thank you for putting my car in sellable condition. I only wish that State Farm had paid you more money. Also know that the Customer Service, from start to finish was courteous and very professional with great communication and timely responses. You have my business and my recommendation. Thank you. more

The Body Shop did such great work on my car! It's a brand new car and after they did the work, I couldn't even tell there had been a scratch and dent there! They also were fair priced (the lowest I was quoted from 3 shops in the area) and completed it within a week for me because I was going out of town. All around amazing service! more

Great communication and professionalism from start to finish 2/23/2012

I had heard their ads on WBT and after my son had a wreck, I thought I would give them a try. From start to finish Carl and Tammy kept me informed on the progress and the finished product was beyond expectations. Carl was even able to have my insurance company come out and requote the job and fix the dent properly, not just use bondo to fill the dent. I highly recommend The Body Shop Collision Center. more

Top notch shop doing great work 2/22/2012

Dave Magariner Feb 22, 2012 Carl and his people did a great job on my 06 Nissan truck. Even though I had only minor work done it involved three separate panels to be repainted. I have to admit, I'm a hard person to please when it comes to getting body work done. I can spot a poor quality job at forty feet, why, because I have some experience from years back in auto painting. To me it's all about the color match. blending, paint finish and of course getting the panels straight. The Body Shop did a great job on all them. The job was done on time, and it is obvious that Carl wants to do a first class job. I would use them again, and if you have need of a repair, I would highly recommend his shop. more

Repair of left front body work on vehicle 10/28/2011

The body work done was excellent. Staff were very helpful and answered any questions to my satisfaction. They even cleaned my car, inside and out. Became a little annoyed that paperwork was addressed to my daughter and with phone calls made I was addressed by my daughter's name. After clarifying who I was on a few occasions, hopefully the error in the system will be changed. Excluding the minor oversight, I would use them again. more
