Awesome Work!! 2/2/2013

I have been there twice. The first time because The Body Shop was recommended to me by the insurance provider. The second time it was my expense because of a hit and run. In each case, the work was flawless and estimate was spot on. They also did the best car wash and tire shine that my car has ever had. more

I've worked with the Body Shop twice and have been pleased with their work on both occasions. They are a litte pricey, but I suppose you get what you pay for. more

Great Work on Our Volvo 1/9/2013

We were rear ended by a drunk driver while stopped at a stoplight. She destroyed the rear end of our 2004 Volvo S-60. Volvo International recommended The Body Shop and I must say I could not be happier! The repairs were done ahead of the time frame we were given and Tammy was very pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the whole experience. more

Carl, Tammy and all the people at The Body Shop are true professionals. I ALWAYS take my vehicles to them for any body work. Not just the great job on the body work, but my car always seems cleaner when it leaves. more

Awesome Experience 11/29/2012

Carl, the owner, shook my hand, examined my car, and delivered excellent service. I called two other collision shops before I found The Body Shop, and I knew immediately after Tammy answered the phone that they had my business. I felt like I mattered from the minute I walked in the door, and they will definitely have me as a customer if I ever need future body work on my car. We need more business owners who specialize in customer service like The Body Shop. more

Great service! 11/13/2012

I chose the Body Shop Collision Center because thebVolvo dealer recommended them. My daughter had wrecked her car in Charlotte and I live more 400 miles away. I had no idea where to have the car towed or what kind of service to expect. This place turned out to be an excellent choice. They were very responsive and very familiar with handling insurance claims. The shop receptionist and manager treated us like old customers and made sure that my daughter's vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and thoroughly checked out. Best car repair experience I've ever had! more

So many people today give lip service to the quality of work they perform. But Carl and his crew actually deliver on that promise. I'm a returning customer, and once again I'm very pleased with the work the Body Shop did on my truck. I would highly recommend the body shop for your repair work. Dave more

Great Repair Work and Great Customer Service 7/9/2012

The staff at The Body Shop was terrific. The body work they did on my Volvo was excellent but I was more impressed with their customer service. The were polite and very professional. They worked hard to make sure the repair work was done right and that the insurance company didn't short-change me. It felt good having them on my side. more

Friendly, competitive prices, good customer interaction 6/28/2012

The Body Shop was a very customer-friendly and honest (it felt like) to me assisting my daughter who had just moved to Charlotte and needed a car repair. They were helpful on the phone, stayed in touch for estimate and approvals every step of the way, and made the whole experience as painless as possible. The only reason I put 'above average' for total experience is that I was not there to see the results but my daughter was very happy. Thanks! more
