It took forever, then the repair failed.. They claimed it was just a coincidence that my car had the same problem a week later. Management doesn't care about customer service, all the way to the top. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CAR unless your so wealthy that money doesn't matter to you. Even then don't go near that place. They are thieves. more

I Would Recommend Crain Ford on Chenal 5/16/2011

?My salesman is Ron M. and he was excellent with us. I was very pleased with his manors. Also a Mr. Wilson from the service department explained our needs.
