I always take my car heer for the oil change...they are very pleasant. However, when I got home the car was leaking oil...I did not feel like driving back. My neighbor is a retire...

got me in without an appointment they always are very pleasant...however, my car was leaking oil when i got home. 7/27/2013

I always take my car heer for the oil change...they are very pleasant. However, when I got home the car was leaking oil...I did not feel like driving back. My neighbor is a retired mechanic...he lives across the street. He looked at the car and thought it was leaking from the oil pan, however, when he looked at it further, the oil filter was not tight at all...he got under the car and gave it a couple of turns...when I called back they apologized, they stated they would give me a free oil change...but stated it was strange...I really do not care about the free oil change...I care my car is done correctly when I leave. Also, it is not my fault, it was not done correctly in the first place....I would rather not ask the neighbor to look at it...when I called back they asked me to bring it back in....I do not have time for all that...I like the place, however, I want to know it is done correctly when I leave...my car is an investment and I do not want oil on the driveway... more

Craig's is the best place to go. 1/7/2011

I wouldn't go to Craig's Western & Mayflower Service Center if it wasn't the best, and it is the best. I have been going there for 15 or 20 years now. They take care of the car, are fair on pricing, and they do a good job. I have been going there that long because of that. I really think this is the best place to go. more

Honest and trustworthy guys that do good work. 12/9/2010

When we moved here, my neighbor recommended Craig's Western & Mayflower Service Center. I have been using them for 12 years now, primarily because they are incredibly honest. There was one time when I took a 16-year-old Tercel in there and told them all of the things that I thought were wrong with it. Craig easily could have charged me a lot of money to fix everything but I left with just an oil change because he said nothing was really wrong with it. They have done everything from oil changes to brakes and tires for me. They are trustworthy, nice, and, compared to other places, they're very fast, too. I have never had to leave a car there for an excessive amount of time. They are very punctual. more

I am really happy with the service at Craig's Western & Mayflower Service Center. He has taken care of my car, and I am satisfied with it. I get service right away. There have been no problems. I have been using Craig's for the last 15 to 20 years. The work is really good, and I am happy with the mechanic who works on my car. I am completely satisfied with Craig's service. more

Craig is honest, reliable, dependable, and we will continue using him in the future. 11/19/2010

Craig has always been really fair and honest with any of the work he has had to do for us on our cars. I take both our cars to Craig's Western & Mayflower Service Center, and I totally trust him to do the right thing. When a problem has continued Craig has gone ahead and taken it back, worked on it with no charge, and then taken care of the issue. I totally trust our cars in his shop, 100%. I have actually known about Craig ever since I was 20, so about 15 years, but I moved out of town, or was on the other side of town, so I didn't use him that entire time. For the last year or so I have been back in the same area as Craig. It is so convenient. Throughout the whole time I did recommend people to Craig if they were on this side of town. It is so nice to have him here. Don't be afraid to ask Craig questions. He does his best to answer any and all questions. Also, if you don't know what he is talking about because of the technical language, ask what things mean and ask for options. He will always give you the best answer. more

Purchase new tires, had a front control bushing replaced and alignment 11/17/2010

I was in town and a friend told me about CRAIG'S SERVICE CENTER. Their prices were about half the price from my local repair shop where I have my car serviced. I will recommend them to everyone. They came and picked my vehicl up and delivered my vehicle back to me. The price they quoted was what I paid, no surprises. Thank you CRAIG'S SERVICE CENTER for the GREAT SERVICE. more
