Review content:
Craig has always been really fair and honest with any of the work he has had to do for us on our cars. I take both our cars to Craig's Western & Mayflower Service Center, and I totally trust him to do the right thing.
When a problem has continued Craig has gone ahead and taken it back, worked on it with no charge, and then taken care of the issue. I totally trust our cars in his shop, 100%.
I have actually known about Craig ever since I was 20, so about 15 years, but I moved out of town, or was on the other side of town, so I didn't use him that entire time. For the last year or so I have been back in the same area as Craig. It is so convenient. Throughout the whole time I did recommend people to Craig if they were on this side of town. It is so nice to have him here.
Don't be afraid to ask Craig questions. He does his best to answer any and all questions. Also, if you don't know what he is talking about because of the technical language, ask what things mean and ask for options. He will always give you the best answer.
