Mitchell Smith really did a great job of helping me through the repair process and made my part effortless. My car's body repairs turned out great and I got updates every couple of days, keeping me posted on where things stood. It was great to get my Tahoe back today and I found the dash and console wiped down, carpets vacuumed, tire wiped down and painted surface sparkling. Just letting you guys know how impressed I was and thanks again to Mitchell. more

I wanted to send you a quick e-mail about James Robinson at the Craig’s Collision Center in Burleson. He is my HERO! My situation was unique in that I had 2 accidents happen on the same part of my car. While the second accident was without question deemed the other persons fault, I was (and am still) fighting the first claim. Because of the damage from the first accident, the second company was only willing to pay for half of the damages. Even though more than half of the total damages were from the second accident. I went to 3 different body shops getting estimates during this whole ordeal. When I explained my unique situation, I didn’t get much feedback. Mostly that I would have to wait until the first accident was settled. Several weeks went by. Then I noticed Craig’s opened in Burleson. I went to the website, booked my appointment for an estimate (very easy I might add) and headed there the next day. As soon as I met James and explained what was going on he took over. He told me exactly what he was going to do and took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Told me that he would be able to work with the insurance companies to make sure that it was handled right. He was amazing. He was very thorough and accommodating. And FAST! I was very surprised that they were able to get my car fixed so quickly. He even brought it to me. From beginning to end my experience with everyone at Craig’s especially James was the best I have ever been treated by any company. Not often are we able to find people and companies like that. I will definitely recommend Craig’s and James to anyone I know and come back should I (hopefully not, LOL) need them again. more

Bob Parra, owner of Mid Cities Automotive, has been my ""go-to"" person for everything for my automobiles, and when I recently had an accident, I went to him for a recommendation for a collision repair person. He sent me to CRAIG'S COLLISION, and I'm SO GLAD HE DID!! My car was fixed within a week (with the Labor Day weekend holiday in between) and IT IS PERFECT!!! Since I did not have contact with the ""fixers"" in the repair center, my only contact was the front office and they WERE TERRIFIC!! Being a woman of considerable age and this being my first experience with an automobile accident, they treated me with dignity and walked me thru everything with my car -- rentals, insurance, etc. I will surely recommend them along with my friend Bob Parra. I was more than satisfied with the quality of service and the hassle-free experience I received from Craig's. I dropped off my red 2008 Chevy pickup with minor damage to the passenger side, and was given a ready date about 3 weeks out. I didn't understand what would take so long, but whatever. They kept it a full 2 weeks after the date they gave me, and when I went to pick it up I was devastated. Over spray, paint run, mis-aligned bumper trim, orange peel, you name it. I threw a fit and told them I would be back in a week and it better be right. We will see... Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Poor work and way late more
