Best service at least cost 7/20/2015

Craig Van Lines did a wonderful job packing and moving our furniture, etc. from Virginia to North Carolina. They were economical and they stood by their estimate. I would use them again and recommend them to others. more

Absolutely the BEST move I have ever had!!! 7/16/2015

Craig Van Lines delivered the best moving experience I have ever had even after 30 years of military moves. The Pick-up and delivery teams were just fantastic! Nothing was lost or broken and the crews went above and beyond in delivering the best service I have ever experienced. I would recommend Craig Van Lines over and above any other company! Local Move and Storage 7/13/2015

They were under the original estimate that was given and they showed up as scheduled with no phone calls from me. The storage team wrapped the belongings very well before storing in crates. The local team was very professional and the furniture was treated carefully (plus they packed). There was 1 minor issue with a piece of furniture that the customer service team has been very responsive to fix as quick as possible. more

Professional, fast, careful. 7/7/2015

The team of 4 members that started my packout were fantastic. They lost 1 member as he had a plane to catch BUT even after this 1 member left they men were fast, courteous, careful and professional all the way to the end. It was really hot that day and I wish I had had cold liquids to give them all day but I was packing right up to the very end. They started an hour late but were done before the 5 p.m. rush hour at my condo. Right now the only thing I can comment on is the packout as my belongings are in storage until I find a home to put everything into. more

My estimator was prompt and the estimate was the best I had gotten. The move itself was flawless from start to finish. The movers were very personable and very thorough. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend it highly. more

We contracted with Craig van Lines to pack, store, and deliver our household belongings. The packing went extremely well and the staff was very professional. Our new home is currently under construction so the delivery has not occurred. If the delivery goes as well as the packing, we will be delighted. more

We found Craig Van Lines to be the firm we had hoped it was. We had not moved in over 45 years and we dreaded what lay before us. Craig Van Lines we perfect for us. They informed us of what to expect and when and what to do. The movers themselves were complete gentlemen and extremely hard working. We would use them again in a moment. Very customer friendly operation 6/9/2015

Good moving choice. Good packers, careful movers, good organizers in the home office. Best of all was the attitude of the individual employees. Everyone had the "can do" spirit. Moving is not a fun experience. Craig Van Lines personell helped us survive it. more

Excellent but one mover was abit negative 6/4/2015

The movers were very good. The one man was very knowledgable in putting furniture together and how to get the large pieces over the de k into the house via the sliding glass doors. The packer took great care with china and glass. They do need to mark the boxes better stating the actual contents. more

Craig Van Lines came in at a moments notice when another moving company tried to take advantage of us 6/4/2015

They were there with in 2 days notice. The staff was excellent from the estimators to the movers. Great guys that did their best to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. more

Well pleased 6/2/2015

Our experiences with Craig Van Lines are very good. We have used the company three times, most recently to help us move to a new house. They came to our old house and loaded up our belongings, then delivered everything to our new home. The quote they gave was very reasonable and the amount they charged was quite a bit cheaper. I highly recommend you use Craig Van Lines. more

They did a good, careful, deliberate job. 6/1/2015

Overall, Craig Van Lines did well. The reason they're not getting five stars is that we lost some medications. I'm not sure if that was their problem or ours. The crew chief said he had advised my wife to pack them herself. The thing that makes us uncertain is that a couple of other kitchen items never showed up, from the same area where the medications were stored. The rest of it was well done: They were careful, and they took their time moving fragile things, but I am concerned about what happened to the missing items. more

I have mixed feelings. The movers were more than an hour late and didn't call to let us know. Two men were experienced but the other two were not. In fact, one had been with Craig 3-4 months;... 5/31/2015

Mixed feelings about Craig Movers. See above comments. I don't think they had water with them and we didn't have glasses or bottles of water. We took them to lunch at our expense and tipped them each $40; that was before we saw the damage. They also didn't know how to set up the Sleep Number bed so that it was inflated correctly. They also didn't cover the mattress so it would remain clean...lots of negatives but they were pleasant workers. I would h ave preferred a more professional approach from both the men and the move. The packers the previous Saturday were excellent...on time and everything arrived in good condition. more

I appreciated the "not to excede amount "of the estimate. The office staff was pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. The furnishings were picked up as scheduled and delivered at my new address also as scheduled. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The movers were very professional and efficient.
