I hired Craig Swapp & Associates 6 months ago and am currently in the middle of the lengthy legal process. \r Robyn Erkkila has done an amazing job helping me keep up with documentation, communication with the hospitals, doctors, etc. so I can move on with my life while they fight my battles. I did quite a bit of research before hiring them and this organization is proving to be a great choice. more

My wife and I hired Craig Swapp & Associates in October of 2012. They were friendly, helpful and got us a fair settlement that we were satisfied with. Our attourney took time with us and answered our questions. We are happy that we hired them and felt like they looked out for our needs. more

This company really helped me in a time of need. I was side swiped when a girl ran a red light. I totaled my car and lost my dog in the accident. They dealt with the insurance company and helped me get a settlement to get my life back on track. I felt supported by them during the entire process. Craig Swapp & Associates, the firm you can count on 8/23/2011

I have been aware of the law firm Craig Swapp & Associates for a while, and the week before Christmas of last year my wife was rear ended by a teen age girl who was texting on her phone. The accident totaled our SUV! I received a phone call around 10pm that she was in the emergency room. All of our holiday plans were ruined, and for a short period of time all I could think about was ""what if""...what if my wife died, what if she was paralyzed, what if... At a time of true need, Craig Swapp and Associates help us get our lives back in to order. They dealt with the insurance company, and all I had to do was focus on getting my family back to normal. Peace Of Mind During Troubled Times 5/27/2011

I was in an accident in March of 2010. I was in my friends vehicle at the time and I believed the insurance company would ""Take care of me"" I quickly learned that I was on my own...or so I thought. An attorney came to my home (130 miles away) and discussed the case. I knew it was the right thing to do in spite of all of the prior ideas i had about personal injury Lawyers. Best decision i ever made. I was concerned about how i would ever survive financially. From day one I had no worries. My only ""Job"" was to get well again, My Lawyer discovered insurance benefits I never realized I deserved. I would never have been able to file a claim on my own, and I never would have been able to deal with the stress of working through the claim on my own. Thanks to Craig Swapp and Associates I never had to worry about how the bills were going to be paid. My case was resolved in just over one year. I was always able to contact my Lawyer. He always returned my calls promptly if he was not in the office. I always felt like I was a top priority. I never want to see anyone close to me get injured in an accident. If they do however, I will make the call to Craig Swapp and associates for them if I have to. more

The BEST accident and injury law firm 4/18/2011

I contacted Craigg Swapp i January after I was rear ended. They sent an investigator to my house that day. I just underwent surgery on April 14, 2011 on my neck to repair a herniated disk that was a result of my car accident. My paralegal called me this morning to see how my surgery went and if there was anything they could help me with. They are planning on going after the other drivers insurance for a settlement as soon as my doctor clears me. I would reccomend they to anyone that has been hurt or injured in an accident. Don't rely on the insurance company to give you what you deserve call Craigg Swapp instead. more

Best Attorney! 3/26/2011

After getting in an accident caused by another driver a friend recommended I get an attorney. I didn't think I would need an attorney, or even understood what I was getting into, I hadn't been in an accident like this one before. But I did as friends advised and meet for free with Craig & Swapp. It was definatly needed! My 2 year old son was in the accident as well. They took both of our cases individually and really personalized us seperatley and made sure we were each taken care of. The case is still open almost a year later and my paralegal has taken care of everything!! She is amazing!! Calls me at least once or twice a month to see how I am, see how my services are going, make sure I am getting everything I need to get better. She has great refferals for doctors, physical therapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, surgeons....she knows and does it all!!! There is no way I could have made it out of this without Craig & Swapp!! Thank you!! more

Great law firm 3/17/2011

We contacted Craig Swapp shortly after a family member was involved in a very serious accident. They had an investigator out to our house by that afternoon.\r \r Their knowledge and handling of his case has been unmatched. I don't kow where we would be without them. They have always out our interest first.\r \r I would recommend them without any hesitation. They really do care about their clients and making sure they get the best possible outcome for them. more

The other attorneys at Bankruptcy Court didn't compare with the knowledge and preparation Ron had.\r I felt bad for some of the other people because their attorney was getting ripped apart by the judge. more

Great Organization 3/15/2011

I contacted Craig Swapp & Associates after an accident i was involved in where the drivers insurance was not able to cover all my medical costs and left me with huge medical bills that i was unable to afford. After contacting Craig Swapp & Associates they sent a person out to speak with me at my home and he assured me they would do everything to get those medical bills paid for me as well as reimbursement for my pain and suffering. They did an excellent job and all my medical bills were paid along with some extra that i was able to use to pay off a credit card that had been charged while i was unable to work. Their customer service is excellent and their representatives and paralegals are very knowledgable and considerate. Jennifer Stephens took a lot of my phone calls and answered all of my concerns and questions with compassion and understanding. She held my hand through the process and kept my mind at piece. She is an excellent asset to their organization and her knowledge and compassion superceeded all of my expectations in relation to my case. I now have a contstant peice of mind and am able to leave the past behind me all because of Jennifer Stephens and Craig Swapp & Associates. more

I signed up with Craig Swapp & Associates in May of 2010, I have been very happy with their service. In the very beginning someone came to my home to listen to what had happened to me and they took it from there. I have had many questions and concerns but have been able to contact their office by phone or email and get those answered in a timely manner and they have helped put my concerns behind me.
