This guy has no personality, and does the job you pay him for and that is it. He takes no time to talk to the client, and deal with questions. He only talks to you in the meeting before your jearing, and if you catch him in the office alone. He doesn't explain anything, or why it is the way it is. If you are a person who wants to understand the laws and what is going on don't go to him. If you are a person who wants it done and don't care how or why this is the man for you.
