Had an estimate at a dealership for over $1500, so I took the vehicle to Craig Auto. They looked at it and it turned out to be a $200 fix. Awesome job and very trustworthy.

Worst

3 years later and still upset, every time it rains or I wash it, the clutch slips. They lied to me and fixed extra parts and billed me without a phone call. Not right.

Echeck & check engine light--NOT HERE 2/13/2014

Watch your parts pricing here and everywhere for that matter. I won't buy my parts from them ever and am thinking of finding a new shop for my repairs. Over priced repair on not hrs of labor but ridiculous parts pricing. If I go back it will be under my control with my parts. Double the price it should have been for the parts. Researched! more

Honest & Fair Prices 7/11/2011

Glen & Gary have serviced all of my vehicles for the last 15 years. They have provided fast & friendly service. Always sending me reminders (with coupons ) when the suggested maintaince is due and required.They have been helpful in only providing the service that I needed at a great savings to me. That quality alone in its self demonstrates a good value to anyone especially in this tight economy. more

Very Honest 6/4/2011

I've been taking my cars to Craig's for over 10 years. Glen has been extremely helpful and saved my family money. I took my daughter"s Honda in for repair...they car was running very poorly. He told me that the repair would cost $1500, but that I should take it to the Honda Dealer because he suspected there was a silent recall on the part. I did and the repair was covered by Honda at no cost. He didn't have to offer this information and could have taken me. more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 6/4/2010

I was traveling through Georgia when I had truck trouble. I found Craig Automotive. He didnt fix my truck but instead broke it. It had a minor problem that he made worse. For the last year he had promised to pay the $ 1200.00 bill that it cost me at another mechanic shop. All I heard is the checks cut, the checks in the mail. Well I still havent seen it. I call him again today and he basically told me I'm sh@t out of luck, hes not paying me. I just want every one to know what kind of place this is before it happens to you. more

The Best 3/30/2010

I have gone to Craig's Auto for years. I am a woman and I have had bad experiences in the past with being cheating with high prices. I have never experience that at Craig's. I have gone thinking I would pay more and have always been pleased at the prices. more

excellent value 8/17/2005

After taking my car to the dealer to get an estimate for the costs of repairing my car, they said it would take about $1000. Craig Automotive did the job for about $800, saving me some good money. The mechanics there are very reliable, and they do solid work on repairs. They're one of the few places I trust to do work on my car, and I think they deserve all the business they get. more
