LOVE IT 1/31/2011

I go to this place about 3 times a month, it's always good. Not sure about the guy usually running the cash register, seems to think his poop doesnt stink. Also I still go but they put an add in a coupon book and didnt want to acknowlege them, made me mad then, but other than that good food, and great service =) more

Fantastic! 9/16/2010

My family and I absolutely love Cozumel. We eat there at least once a week. The food is awesome and you get your money's worth. It is clean and inviting. It is the best Mexican Restaurant we've tried. In response to the birthday, yes they do have a paper plate filled with Cool Whip (not ice cream) and shove it in your face at the end of the song. It's hilarious!! more

Consistent quality, great service 6/5/2010

We eat at Cozumel several times a month. We have tried other Mexican restaurants, but always return. The service is great, the food is consistently good. The carnitas are outstanding. Reasonably priced menu and great lunchtime specials. more

Rude host at this could be great restaurant 2/27/2009

As soon as I and my friends walking through the door. The host commented in Spanish: A la CHINGADA, clientes de mie.da I didn't tell my English speaking friends though. I will not go back to this place anymore. more

Hot headed seating host/cashier. 12/21/2008

I went there on Friday, but no more, they have a HOT cashier. that boasts about his $22.00 an hour salary when you ask him how much the check is at the counter. more

Beware r0aches!!! 6/26/2007

This restraunt has really good food but unfortunately after it being my favorite restraunt for 5 years I will not be going back. I had 2 incidents with r0aches in this restraunt. The first one I saw one crawl across the floor. I thought ok maybe it was a fluke. Then a few visits later one crawled across my plate. I you want really good food and to eat with r0aches then I would reccomend this place to you. Pros: Great food and service Cons: R0aches more

No matter how many restaurants pop up in our ever growing city, this one will always be packed. You will always find smiling servers and fast service. Everyone in Smyrna eats here. Pros: Great service, Great food, Great prices more

This is an awesome place to eat. The prices are great for the amount of food. We have eaten there for about 15 years now. They are very quick and friendly. Very well worth your money and time. PROS: fast service CONS: NONE more

Should have won a Ruthie 11/3/2004

By far the best mexican restaurant in Rutherford County. They are very quick with the orders and always friendly. Plus, they have the best tamales and the Nachos Cozumel is more than enough for two. Pros: Fast service, friendly servers, very inexpensive more

I've lived in Smyrna for 10 years and visit Cozumel with family and friends every single Friday and often during the week.. the food is outstanding and the wait staff is very, very nice. The service is quick and the restaurant is always busy.. for good reason! The frozen drinks are above average, also. Pros: Inexpensive, Plenty of Parking, Excellent Service Cons: Crowded on Fri & Sat more
