Stay away is all I can say. My daughter and I visited and looked at a Nissan Murano. It was everything she wanted, so I had my husband go look the following day. He told me things seemed fishy and they quoted him a price way above what was on the internet. This was a used vehicle, so we know things would not be perfect. But there was a dent on the hood and something was wrong with the front end. The told me to fix the hood the right way would cost $300, but they would throw that in if my husband came back the next day. All they did was pound out the hood which was not a $300 fix and was still obvious. After my husband said what we would pay, they agreed but said take the car as is. Anotherwards they weren't going to fix the front end. My husband left. The sales person I dealt with called the next day and after I told him what happend, like he didn't know he got back with me. They said it was struts on the car and he assured me it was going to be fixed. I called when we were getting ready to leave the house and he supposidly went to check on the car and it was in the shop. He made sure I heard noise from the mechanic shop. He gold me give him 30 min and than they would test drive and he would call me. After only about 20min he called and said the car was ready. What makes me so mad is they were messing with my daughter who really wanted the car. We test drove it and, of course, they had not done a thing. There was still some serious knocking in the front. We got back and the little weezily sale person went in side for about 2 min and came out with no one. Not his manager or a mechanic, nothing. He said they were not going to do a thing. I was shocked. Bascially they are looking for some poor sucker to come along that knows nothing about cars. It needed front brakes, we were going to deal with that. We accepted the dent in the hood. We were going to buy the car, all they had to do is fix the knocking and they wouldn't do. Obviously, it's a expensive fix and all they want to do is pon it off on some poor person. I've never seen anything like it. If they had even been honest and told us what it was, I might have considered buying it and just fixing it ourselves. They worse they could have done by telling us the truth was lost a sale and they did than anyways. Stay away is all I can say.
