Previously I would dread having to take my Hyundai in for service. Now, I just call, state my problem to Wendell or the service staff and get appointment that is suitable to MY time. I also get a reminder via e-mail. I am now always greeted with a smile (for this appointment, I feel like the most important person there), my car is ready when I am told it will be and it the job is completed correctly.
