Like the title says - great service at an affordable price. Wendell is very friendly and helpful. I won't name names, but someone always has their CAPS LOCK ON WHEN COMMUNICATION AND IT SEEMS LIKE HE IS YELLING. j/k it's a pleasure to do business there, even with the caps lock ;-) more

SERVICE! 3/27/2014

Previously I would dread having to take my Hyundai in for service. Now, I just call, state my problem to Wendell or the service staff and get appointment that is suitable to MY time. I also get a reminder via e-mail. I am now always greeted with a smile (for this appointment, I feel like the most important person there), my car is ready when I am told it will be and it the job is completed correctly. Great job! Southern Gal's great Northern Exposure Experience 3/3/2014

I made several phone calls trying to find an affordable oil/filter change and tire rotation. After calling more than one Hyundai dealership, I decided to try Courtesy Hyundai because they were willing to price match and give me the best deal. The service person who worked with me was very nice and explained everything to my satisfaction. I was treated very well and James went the extra mile to make sure I had a spot to eat my bag lunch in comfortably. I bought my car december 2013 in Mississippi where I am from and not being from the area it was really nice to be treated so well by a different dealership. Their name says it all. They have earned the title "Courtesy Hyundai". more

Just went in to buy my second car from Courtesy. I was in a pinch because my trade was not running and I still owed on it. Brett did a great job of getting me into a good, nearly new car within my budget. I was able to bring it home that night so I could get to work in the morning! I also have a 2009 Elantra that I purchased new and have had serviced exclusively at Courtesy. The service is always done in a timely fashion and the service staff are polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership.\r more

I pre-ordered my gallant from Courtesy. The salesperson was very straightforward about how much time it would take, what I would get and how the paying process would work. They were outstanding compared to my previous experience with another dealership who wanted money down without an estimate of when the car would arrive or even a reassurance that I would get the color or features that I wanted.\r more

Our salesman, Chris, was just great and was a very good salesman. He welcomes you to the dealership as you step in, and had great information on the cars on the lot. He was so knowledgeable not only about the cars we were looking at, but other makes and models to compare to. We did not feel any pressure or rush like we did at the other dealerships we went to.\r more

Your Internet girl called mien for a early lease trade in . But the trade for a Tucson is ridiculous NO Thanks I will check with some other dealers in area more

Courtesy Hyundai is the place to go for car shopping. We spent a few hours here a couple of weeks ago after an exhausting week of car shopping. The car we ended up buying was perfect for our needs and the sales team was wonderful. It was also very easy to work with the finance department, overall it was a great experience.\r more
