I had been shopping around at various dealers and online and it was Courtesy Hyundai that won overall for me. They had the best deals and great service. Neither the salesman nor sales manager was aggressive or pushy while trying to make a sale. more

Rude and sleazy service 2/4/2012

Intention was to purchase a new Hyundai or a 2010/2011. After the salesman greeted me he immediately tried to convince me into another vehicle I had no desire in. Was then pawned off to another associate. Had the first saleman been a little more professional and not sleazy (not to mention the incessant gum chewing) I would have given him my sale. Truthfully, some of these men act like they've never seen a woman before. Supposed to go back, not sure I might. more

Courtesy Hyundai is the most honest and helpful dealership in the area. My husband is an avid bargain shopper and was comparing rates from dealerships around the area. Courtesy gave us the best offer and stuck with it, not pulling a bait and switch at the end. We got the exact color and model we wanted and received excellent customer service through the entire transaction. more

I am not very hard to please. But it will take a lot for Courtesy Hyundai to please me. Its not because of price, because I actually did work out a good deal. (best bona fide offer I got on a 2012 Elantra) Their customer service really is the worse I have received from a car dealer. I lost a dollar in their vending machine, and all I got from someone who worked there was, ""Oh sorry, we dont own the machine"" My salesman offered to give me my dollar back himself, but I refused. Then after speaking for awhile with the salesman, he brings his ""Manager"" over, guess who it was, yeah the same guy who couldnt get my dollar back. such a rude Portugese guy even when he was trying to get me to buy the car, he had some very insulting comments, Im sorry to Mark (salesman) but I just cant deal with inconsiderate, rude people of authority... I spent $463 more at another local dealership, and they bought me a soda themselves... probabily the best $1 they spent. more

I was very impressed with Courtesy Hyundai. We drove from Hartford CT and were very impressed. They have a very nice inventory and the cars are in very good condition, some are in excellent condition. The staff is honest and will tell you everything about the car, all the pros and cons. They give a really fair price in comparison to the rest of the dealers and do not price gauge. Overall my experience with them was a really good one! more

Big thanks to Classic Hyundai. I did not end up buying a car at this dealership but the service I received was absolutely outstanding. I really enjoyed the time I spent with my salesman, he was so knowledgeable. I felt bad because I ended up buying my new car elsewhere, but I would still certainly recommend checking them out. more

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe after 2 decades of being a happy and loyal Toyota owner. I got a great deal on my car. Everyone I worked with at Courtesy was very professional and worked really hard to get me the price i wanted and needed! I have been to the service department a few times and they are also very nice and do excellent work. more

I was pretty impressed with Courtesy Mitsubishi when I went in for service a few weeks ago. The service department was very helpful; they said my repair was simple and that I could wait while they did it. Keep in mind I called ahead to check on wait times and they said they were not busy. So I went in for the first time and was only there for about an hour. I will be back for service and would definitely recommend them as well. more

I have been in for service a few times now and have always been satisfied. I cannot even say how helpful and how much I appreciate their extended hours. It is so comforting to know that not only do I have trusted mechanics for my car, but that they are open both Saturday and Sunday. Its great that I will never miss work do to car problems. Keep up the awesome work guys, your mechanics are the best around. more

I have been dreading car shopping for some time now. I was sick of putting money into a car that I knew would not last much longer, so I pulled the plug. After searching for weeks online, I decided to try my luck at dealerships. Courtesy Hyundai was the last one I tried on Saturday a few weeks back. I was tired and cranky but the sales guy was so nice, not sleazy at all. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars, and I was blown away. I have never considered myself to be a Hyundai person, but I am now! I love my toaster- the gas mileage is unbeatable. I got a great deal on a used Santa Fe and I still get to ride big in an SUV! more

I had a great experience a few weeks ago at Courtesy Hyundai. I did not love the selection when I got there, but I could not stop thinking about a scion that I test drove. The car was in excellent condition and was perfect for my needs and price range. more

Got my car serviced the other day and I was in and out in less than 2 hours for all the work that had to be done on it. They even changed my oil for free! Now that was a deal. more

These guys are like the commercial with the workers with capes on, they will help you out with everything and they won't scam you, I bring my Hyundai here for everything and they are the nicest people! They even remember my name when i get there and ask how life is, customer service doesn't get much better than this. more

This dealership makes me miss owning a Hyundai. I only ever had my Tiburon serviced here and they were always courteous, honest and reasonably priced. They even applied coupons with out me having to ask. At one point, my Tib was in for 2 weeks getting the transmission replaced and they had it back to me when promised and set up a complimentary loaner car while mine was out of commission. Kudos! more
