On Saturday, my son, wife and I were travelling to Phoenix from Canada in our Ford Excursion. We stopped in Pocatello for lunch and upon departing, we experienced emergent vehicle malfunctions. We need to be towed and we requested the nearest Ford dealer. We called ahead to your dealership and spoke with Jenny. She was very courteous and helpful and said the service department would be waiting for us. Al was our mechanic, and despite the fact that we arrived near closing time, on a Saturday, he stayed over-time to get our job finished so we could be on our way. We are very grateful for the prompt, polite service your team provided to us. A break down of this magnitude could have ruined our trip and delayed us for quite a few days.
