I'm planning a group trip, 4 months away. I contacted Courtesy to inquire about van rental availability and pricing. I gave all my details and was told a van would be available and I was quoted a price. I waited a few days to confirm the details with my group and then called back. I was helped by a second person, who took my information, including my credit card information, and told me that everything was set. Then, an hour later, the ""Rental Manager"" called me back and told me he was ""not taking rentals during that time for less than a week"". He did not apologize. I asked if he was the owner and he informed me he would be the owner, ""on April 1st"" (a few weeks away). I explained that I thought it was at least bad business practice to have staff that was not aware of such an important policy. He proceed to tell me I was wrong. I see that other folks on this board have had great experiences, but those are under the old ownership. I would not do business with this company.
