It's always fun to watch comrads interact at the desk! Darin and Jeff are a hoot.

Worst

I made an appointment for 1:00 pm on a Thursday on the previous Tuesday. My oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours. This is not acceptable.

Car care and trust 8/12/2013

I have used Courtesy in the past and after a recent break down, my tow truck driver and I discussed Courtesy. He had heard good things and I had too. While my car repairs were significant, I felt like the car and I were in good hands. I never once felt like they were trying to upsell me. I also felt like they wanted to provide me with a safe and reliable outcome for myself and my family. I will continue to recommend Courtesy and they will be my "go-to" place for all of my car maintenance and repair. more

Super service 8/3/2013

Made my appointment on-line for the first time. Worked great! Got my car lubed and had the oil changed. Darin recommended a tire rotation and that was done too. Only reason to not earn a five star rating was the service technician forgot to apply the window sticker reminder for the next service. A mention to Darin and it was taken care of. more

Darin and Jeff are both very approachable and friendly, and you don't feel anxiety when discussing your options. Very honest. I have only been surprised once (which happened to be this last time) and I had a service fee for a brake inspection, which I wasn't aware I would be charged...and that was my only gripe! Always great work, always trustworthy people! more
