It's always fun to watch comrads interact at the desk! Darin and Jeff are a hoot.

Worst

I made an appointment for 1:00 pm on a Thursday on the previous Tuesday. My oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours. This is not acceptable.

Regular oil change and lube. Technician also recommended an air filter change. I am happy that they are always looking for potential problems that can be avoided by making corrections at these oil changes. more

Awesome service and customer care! 1/18/2014

I've been going to CCC for about 5 years. When I had an electrical problem, I brought my (just purchased) car in 2-3 times and they never charged me to look at it, even though no one from any dealership or mechanic ever figured out what was wrong. The guys at the front desk are courteous, kind, and go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of. Thanks, guys! more

Truck noise 12/25/2013
