I""ve got an '09 MDX that I've taken to Courtesy for the recommended service, as well as a couple of repairs. I've been very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They have always treated me with respect, been honest (I know!) and - one of the best parts - their shuttle service has always been extremely prompt. I don't know that I've waited for more than about 4 minutes for a ride to work. It's little thing, but I like being offered a cold water every time! My service advisor yesterday, Michelle Marquis, was very nice and even apoligized that I needed to talk to another rep when she was on the phone with another customer - like that's her fault somehow.\r

In case your wondering, the repair work has gone flawlessly. It was not always good news, but the repairs were done quickly and done right the first time. I don't what else you could ask for.
