My husband and I just purchased a 2013 ILX. We keep our cars for quite a while, so we don't go through the new-car-buying experience often. We had a fantastic experience with Charell and were quite impressed with what we can expect from Courtesy's service department over the life of our car. Charell was charming and great to work with. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the cars and the buying process. We were introduced to every employee we encountered, and everyone was friendly and attentive. We just had the windows tinted, a clear bra added, etc. and the car really looks gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Acura, and Courtesy Acura specifically, to friends looking for a reasonably priced luxury car.
