Jeremiah Watson the finance Manager made filling out the paperwork fast and easy. Jeremiah explained all the extended warranty and made sure I got the financing that I wanted. I just recently started going to Courtesy Acura for my vehicle's service needs and they have earned a customer for life. Their entire staff is professional and goes above and beyond what I have ever seen. I have myself worked for other dealerships and was impressed with the level of service they provided. They pay attention to the little details as well as make sure your vehicle is taken care of the right way. They do customer service the way it should be, from calling you to update you on status to putting a bottle of cold water in your cup holder when you leave and a chocolate on your console. It's like staying at the Ritz Carlton but for cars. Andy has been great to work with and I never doubted he was on my side, as well as Holly was great when Andy was not available. Even the service porters care, which is hard to find. They even have brought loaner vehicles out to my work and picked up my car when I was having a busy day. You know when everyone cares as much as they do, it comes from the top and how a company is ran. I would and have recommended them to everyone. Their level of customer service is the most impressive I have ever experienced. more

My Acura seemed to be drawing the battery down resulting in failure to start. I took the vehicle in to Courtesy Acura for service where Mallory ( the service rep.) discussed my starting issue. She was very knowledgeable and was aware of similar occurrences. My car was in the shop most of the day & when I came to pickup the vehicle Michelle went through the entire evaluation process with me and explained the solutions applied to remedy the situation. Michelle is very pleasant easy to talk to about the Acura vehicles. more

My husband and I just purchased a 2013 ILX. We keep our cars for quite a while, so we don't go through the new-car-buying experience often. We had a fantastic experience with Charell and were quite impressed with what we can expect from Courtesy's service department over the life of our car. Charell was charming and great to work with. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the cars and the buying process. We were introduced to every employee we encountered, and everyone was friendly and attentive. We just had the windows tinted, a clear bra added, etc. and the car really looks gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Acura, and Courtesy Acura specifically, to friends looking for a reasonably priced luxury car. more

I had my 2006 Acura TL serviced at Courtsey Acura on 1/17/13 for oil change. During my call for the appointment, the lady advised me to check for Coupons on line and I got the 29.95 special coupon. When I arrived for my appointment, the service consultant Andy Fiedler greeted me and prepared the paperwork. He did a superb job. The oil change work took about an hour - and I got a free car wash! Excellent service!\r I recommend to all -to use this sertvice - five star rating! more

We were looking to trade in my 2006 Subaru for something else a little newer. We found a deal on a 2009 Honda CRV with low miles & in great shape! Our salesman was Charell Robinson, and he made the whole experience a very pleasent and comfortable one. We don't normally like to go to dealers, however we would definately recommend any of our friends & family to go there for their next auto purchase. \r We will probably drive the Honda until the wheels fall off so we won't be needing another vehicle for a while. more

I took my MDX to Courtesy Acura after another dealership service department couldn't fix my drafty/whistling window problem after 3+ tries! Andy Fiedler and his team at Courtesy knew exactly what the problem was and were able to fix it the very first time, and within one day! They also performed my 40,000 mile service and oil change, and took care of a couple manufacturer recall items. I was so pleased with the entire experience. They were friendly, easy to work with, reasonably priced and completed the work quickly. I will take both of my Acuras there from now on. more

I walked in one evening not expecting to walk out with a purchased vehicle but the people made the difference. Working with Charrell Robinson and Tom Reddick was actually an enjoyable experience - not typical in car buying. They worked with me to get to the price I needed in order to walk out with a purchase. Then, when I got home and noticed an odor develop post detail they were quick to send out someone to solve the issue. I am impressed and i will go back. Take my advise and try them out. more
