Most of the people here are very friendly, that is why I give them 3 stars. Court Street Ford, like most dealers, offers warranties with their cars. However, getting your vehicle serviced under one of these warranties is near impossible, unless its a recall. They always say the same things, no other (insert vehicle) has had these issues, we didn't (insert sensory function) the problem, that's normal for this (insert vehicle or part). The list goes on and on. It's a disservice to sell your customers vehicles for over $25,000 with tires that need to be changed in the next 6 months. It's also a disservice to your customers to not inspect and repair warrantied vehicles. Your dealership isn't hurting for money, you over price vehicles, the least you could do is fix them when they require work.\r
