After years of loyal service, I had a huge problem with this repair shop and will not go back. Monday, I had the alternator belt replaced and other maintenance done on the car. As usual they worked quickly, at a fair price, and I left happy. Tuesday, my car shut off in the middle of an intersection. I had it towed back to County Auto, and as the car had no power, assumed they just had a small problem with that alternator they worked on and would gladly handle it. Today I was told that it will cost over $600 and that the entire alternator (only 4 months old) would need to be replaced. I was told that it was just conincidence they had been working on it the day before, and that I have until 4 o'clock today to decide if they will get over $900 of my money altogether or have it towed off the lot.
