This place would be nice if Dennis the manager were a little nicer. This guy yelled and cursed at the kids here for being kids ""not my kids"".The manager told me to my face that he is tired of dealing with all these hill billys so what is he saying we are all hill billys.All i can say is this guy puts on a front when you come to look at the place that was not even painted or cleaned right but once your in dont ask for nothing you will not get any help. RUDE RUDE RUDE.He even went as far as calling one of the owners Christian a sissy boy that married into this place. If he can't even have respect for his boss how could he ever respect you more

I would have to agree totally with the review by jdawnj80. Management is extremely difficult to communicate with. If you have issues in your apartment don't expect management to respond quickly or even at all to most of your requests. Instead you are met with an extremely bad attitude and most of the time resentment. Have had a couple issues in the past and when they are not handled correctly, management will come down to scold you for something not working correctly when you called time and time again with no response, or the response of ""no one else is having this problem"" if you even receive one. more

My husband and I have lived at Countrywoods Village for almost 7 months now, besides the hassel of parking this is a great place to live. I have never had any issues with no one calling me back, nor taking forever to fix our issues within the apartment. Management has been nothing but caring and understanding. I have been trying to get friends to move in here. It's super quite and not to mention nice. Pros: affortable, nice, allows cats Cons: PARKING more

You can't feel at home living here. The management likes to make up arbitrary rules, and they will not work with you if an emergency arises. You are under constant surveillance. You often come home to find a note on your door: Your music is too loud, You have too many visitors, etc. You are likely to be kicked out for any number of reasons, and it doesn't do any good to call and talk to the management. While the management expects perfect tenants, they are unwilling to be so themselves. They rarely return phone calls and take weeks to resolve maintenance concerns. When you move in, you are likely to spend hours cleaning the apartment and repairing holes in the walls. I really wish the management was compassionate toward other human beings because this could be a great place to live, if you could feel like you were wanted.
