There is always planned activities in the winter.
Every thing from coffee hours on Wednesday mornings to shuffle board games on Thursdays. Gathering at the swimming pool in the mornings for water exercise or just lounging around and visiting is always friendly and fun.
The large Recreation Hall is perfect for Bingo, dances and holiday gatherings.
Many of our friends who want to visit or winter here, bring their RVs and rent a lot in the Rental RV section.
We are so close to shopping, doctors, as well as, all Tampa and Orlando theme parks.
Community Area Maintenance Costs are very reasonable and our water, sewer and Trash pick-up are included!
Being here is like a vacation every day.
