No response to phone calls (just try calling them). Very late or no response to emails. Twice they have arranged to come do the installation and twice they have not turned up. Last time, after eight days of no response, an email was sent at 8:00pm with a contract full of errors, to be signed and returned by 9:00am the next day. \r \r BE WARNED:\r Do not give this company any money until the work is fully completed to your satisfaction. I was misled into giving them a deposit. It will mean going to court to recover this - assuming the company is still in business. more

To start off we are overall happy with the end results. However, we were lied to a couple times along the way. 1st lie was that once we picked out our granite slab, the fabrication would take 2 weeks and the install would be done in 3 weeks... Our countertops were installed 7 weeks after picking out the slab. \r \r 2nd lie was that Counter Revolution would purchase and use the granite slab we choose from 3 local slab yards. My wife and I spent some time searching for the perfect granite slab over the course of a few weekends and a few evening, for them to use a different slab from who knows where. I actually got a call from the slab yard a couple weeks after the install asking if I still neededed my slab, which was still being held by them. The type of granite we choose wasn't one you could tell was different unless you had two slabs sided by side and they took advantage of that fact, and them time we spent picking out the slab was wasted. \r \r 3rd lie was the installers would arrive for the install between 10am and noon. They didn't show up till a little after 1pm. A call to Counter Revolution to determine if they were still coming went into voice mail, and wasnt returned. \r \r I also tried to call Counter Revolution and talk to them about not using the slab we chose, that call has also not been returned. more

We are very happy with our new granite kitchen countertops. The workmanship is very good and the installation crew was very professional. We did have an issue with the installation appointment. Like someone else stated, they didn't show up when scheduled and took two days to finish when we were promised all along it would be a one day job. That, however, doesn't detract from the granite itself, so they still get five stars. more

Very unprofessional. I contacted Counter Revolution Inc by e-mail for a quote for granite countertops for my kitchen in September & received an offer for $1780. The template appointment was set up for while I was at work so my husband was present to sign the contract on 9/21. He was told that the backsplash was not included in the price & that the coupon that said ""present at time of contract"" of $200 off was already included, neither of which were true. He was also told by the templater, Eddie, they would pick out the slab for us in the color we asked for & installation would be in 2-3 weeks. I contacted the company by e-mail regarding the overcharges but received no response. After 4 weeks of no response or contact whatsoever, I e-mailed them again last week about installation. I was told that nothing had been done with my countertops. At this time, I requested a refund of my deposit. I have since received several unprofessional phone calls & e-mails. My deposit has not been returned & a formal complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau, which they are not accredited with. I WOULD RATHER EAT THE DEPOSIT THAN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Be warned!\r more

We are extremely pleased with our new granite countertops. As a retired teacher of architecture and woodworking, I am probably more meticulous then most consumers and am always skeptical of the quality of work performed by others. But, I must say that they were real perfectionists when it came to the installation. They were very careful and meticulous and left the work site very clean and neat. They also did a fine job of making the templates, as the pieces fit the space very well. Everyone was very pleasant to work with from start to finish. \r \r We are loving the new look of our kitchen!\r more

I got new countertops and I just can't contain myself from telling my friends and family about the company that made it a smooth and easy process. I had several companies bid for granite in my kitchen countertops. Counter Revolution was by far the best price, and seemed very professional in their delivery. I liked the way they actually explained their charges and gave me the price for the entire project the same day they came in to measure my counters. Other companies would take several days and just gave a single price rather than explain what they were charging for. Counter Revolution had the largest selection of granite in their sale granites of any of their competition, and we went to several different locations to look at slabs of granite and got to pick the exact piece we wanted in our kitchen. \r They were fantastic through the entire process. After we found the stone we wanted they sent out a guy to take a mold of our countertop. We were surprised at all the choices we had in sinks, edges, and corners and he made sure that we were happy with all of our choices and made several sugestions. He even made a suggestion on our corners that saved us 100, I've never had a company try to save me money before!\r A few weeks after that our stone was installed, and was finished in a day! Mario was very nice and knowledgeable, as well as strong enough to lift those huge pieces of rock. It looks wonderful, my wife and I are so happy with the job they did for us. We have sent several of our friends to do business with them and everyone is extremely happy with their kitchen make overs. Thank you Counter Revolution!!! Well it took 3 days to install our kitchen counter tops. First they give you a timeframe like the cable company for your install. Ours was 1000-1200 on our first visit; they didn’t show up to our house till 6:30PM that night. Because it was so late I was getting my kids ready for bed and didn’t notice that they took all my hoses and garbage disposal pieces. So when I went to hook up my new faucet and garbage disposal I had to buy all new equipment and hoses(about $145). They forgot a section of our granite so they needed to come back the next day. \r \r Second Visit -We had a 5:00pm appointment; they didn’t show till 5:45pm. Once they arrived they installed the missing piece of granite with a ¼ inch seam. I told them it was unacceptable and need to install a new piece. \r \r (Third Visit) Had a 430pm appointment, didn’t show till 5:00. Through all this the manager hasn’t even called to ask if we are satisfied or could be helpful in anyway. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had my countertops installed about 6 months ago and I love them! I went to every countertop company in Colorado Springs and in Denver before I chose them. I have never had so much positive feedback to say about one company. There customer service was top notch, they even went the extra mile to help me figure out what paint color looked best with the granite that i choose (do you know any other company that would do that?). They were so awesome from the time that I called until the end of my installation I definitely recommend them to all. Pros: Best Quality, Best Service and Best Price Cons: NONE!! more

We had a bathroom counter installed 2 years ago by this company and the workmanship was HORRIBLE! The slab of granite was cut too narrow and there was no overhang in front. The sink that we purchased from them was cracked by the drain hole. The backsplash was cut too short and did not align with the counter. Caulking was all over the counter, walls, etc. The slab of granite was pitted and cracked. Christain Walters was rude, unresponsive and indifferent until we got another granite company and a lawyer involved. Only then, after fighting for weeks, did we get a refund. After this disaster, we googled Walters and found that he had similar ""troubles"" in Denver. Stay away from this company! Pros: None! Cons: Poor workmanship, and even poorer customer service. more
