Good cleaning and better service! 8/19/2016

The women who come from CottageCare Milwaukee North do a good job and I am pleased with them at the moment. They come on time always and they go about the cleaning in a quick and efficient manner. The cleaning itself is done very well and they never miss any rooms or areas. Their prices are quite good even though I haven't compared them to anyone else. But their flexibility is what I like the most about them; if I go on vacation they can change the day when needed. The best cleaners in Milwaukee for me! more

Very accommodating 8/11/2016

I have used the services of the folks over at CottageCare Milwaukee North many times now and I really like the care and attention they give my home. They come in and do a fairly good job and stick to their plan for cleaning which I appreciate. I like for my furniture to be cleaned a certain way and they are more than willing to accommodate that and use the products that I leave out for them. They have great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little help around the home. more

Very satisfied 7/20/2016

CottageCare does a once a month deeper cleaning, and I like that they are reliable, efficient and economical. I have used them for two years and think that they are excellent in terms of booking appointments and flexibility. There are two different people who clean, and I prefer Sandy because she's more efficient. more

OK service, could be better. 7/19/2016

The thing of it is I have had CottageCare Milwaukee for years, I think what is happening, it isn't the service really but the products they use aren't all that good to be honest. I think they have hard time finding good help and I think they renege on some things they are supposed to do. When I first had them they did my patio windows and now they don't. Sometimes I feel the workers rush. It used to be a four hour job, now they do it in three hours. The microwave oven is one detail they forget a lot. Overall the service is OK but wish it was better. more

I've been using CottageCare for years. Their flexibility is good and they're easy to schedule. They are adaptable and they do a good quality of work. I have recommended them to others and I will continue to use them. more

A Good Job Well Done! 6/15/2016

CottageCare Milwaukee North was referred to my by a friend. For about a year now, once a month the cleaners will come out to do a deep clean for our entire home. This deep clean includes sweeping, mopping, hand clean the hardwood floors along with sanitizing our bathroom and kitchen area. Prices are reasonable. I think the cleaners are really good. I would recommend them. more

Most of the time with CottageCare, it's okay. I have different cleaners come. The quality of the work done differs with the cleaners. Some are a little bit better than others. They're always friendly and respectful of my space. I recommended them when they first began and overall, I'm happy with their service. more

It's been a very good experience 5/12/2016

A woman from CottageCare came to the house and did an extremely good job cleaning. She was sociable, extremely pleasant and arrived on time to clean four rooms. We will continue to use CottageCare because of the good experience we had. They come and clean our house on an irregular basis and have been here fewer than 10 times total. more

They are friendly, accommodating, and do a good job overall 4/15/2016

I've only had CottageCare three times so far, and I don't necessarily get the same people every time. I would personally want the same person every time. But the cleaners are on time, they have a good attitude and they all seem to be happy--there aren't crabby cleaners. I think overall they do a good job. Once a month they clean the first and second floor, and the part of the basement. If I ask them to use a certain cleanser, they'll use it. They call the day before to let me know they are coming and they have good communication. In comparison to other cleaning people they are priced higher, but other than that they do a good job. more

Great thorough cleaning. 4/11/2016

Very pleased with CottageCare overall, I have used them for a number of years, in fact they have told me I was their very first customer. But they do a good job cleaning. They vacuum, they wash floors, they dust everything, clean bathrooms and kitchens and they are very thorough. If I had anything better they could do it would be that they send different people every week and I would love it if I could get the same person. more

I have been really pleased with Cottage Care. We hired the service to take care of my mothers home and they could not do a better job. Sandra takes care of my mothers home like it's her own and is just the nicest person, we all adore her. Dependable service 3/15/2016

I've been using CottageCare for a quite a few years. They clean all but one room my condo, and they are very efficient and generally detail-oriented. I get a variety of people because of the schedule, and they have all been good. They are very dependable, they do a good job and are very pleasant. more

Great cleaners 2/18/2016

CottageCare does a great job cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms, and they have been very professional, prompt and accommodating in terms of changes in schedule--as they can usually work with me to meet both of our needs. Since both my husband and I work, we don't know who comes any one week. I gather there are sometimes different people and they don't always leave their name in terms of who cleaned it that day. We just come home to a clean house. more

CottageCare Milwaukee North's do the vacuuming for my floors, they do my two bedrooms, the upstairs of my house and the entire kitchen. I'm very happy with the work that they do and for the most part, I am happy with everything. The one thing that I don't like about it is that they don't send the same person every time. I've been using them for maybe 6 years now and when I first started with their service I always got the same person and when I asked them if it could continue to be that way, they said they can't do that. Since I am not always at home when they come, it's nice to have somebody that you are familiar with. But like I said, for the most part I am happy with them, that is my only complaint. more

Good before but not the last time. 1/15/2016

I used CottageCare before and they were good but this last time it didn't go that well. I had to call them back and ask them to come back because they left a lot of things untouched like the kitchen cabinets and there were cobwebs. Until yesterday I was okay but when you leave the main area with spots, that's pretty bad, specially the kitchen that gets dirty if you leave the counters a mess and I had guests coming in. That was very upsetting. They had to come back and fix it and they were not happy with it. I want somebody that knows what they have to do, I don't like telling people what they have to do. Now it's okay but I'm thinking about calling them to say that if I don't get the previous ladies, I might have to go somewhere else. With these ladies, the money that I spent was not what I expected. Luckily I was at home to check and see what they did. more
