Worse costumer service I've ever experienced, hands down, in my life. There was an issue with our product, a digital piano. Communicating with the staff was horrific, and between delayed delivery, incomplete trouble shooting and being downright rude (I've never had someone talk over me and not let me finish my sentence on the phone, multiple times) it has been one headache after another. Thank goodness we actually bought the product through BJs Wholesale, so I no longer have to deal with Costa and can just return the product to BJs. It's a shame to knock a local business, but I never want anyone to experience what we did.
