What a cut I gut.... I just can't say enough!!!! The people there are so professional and helpful when it comes to important choices such as what type of mousse would work best in my hair. It all started the second I walked through the door. This place smells soooooooo good it tingled my nose hairs which I had just trimmed the morning before. Then off to the back room for a sensational shampooing, conditioning, shampooing and conditioning. I walked to my chair feeling like I was on top of the world and whenever my stylist pumped up my chair I felt even higher!!! Lastly I quote my girlfriends mother who once told me "" The best hair cut is the one that looks like you didnt even get it cut"" and thats what I gut. Can't wait to make my next appt..... I am a 76 year old man and was recently referred to Cosmetique Salon by my dermatologist. As soon as I walk through the door, I was greeted by a very attractive, young gal at the front desk. I then took a moment to look around and my God-I hit the mother load-beautiful women everywhere!!! The staff could not have nicer (looking) and dressed to impress...for a moment, I thought I was back in Manhattan! I didn't know that so many attractive people lived on Cape Cod. My haircut experience was relaxing and I loved the fragrance of the shampoo she used. I wasn't shocked to see so many young men using this fine establishment...though I didn't appreciate the competition...Cheers to the Management! Upon arrival I was offered a gourmet coffee along with a assortment of yummy treats. The salon is the cleanest I have ever seen, the staff professional and an overall wonderful experience. After years of going to overpriced Newbury Street Salons it was refreshing to be not only pampered but also provided with the best hair color products and skincare without the drive over the bridge. When then checking out I was presented with a lovely gift bag and knowledge of the products I had purchased due to the stylist's recommendations and explanation on how to use them. 5 star!!! I have been looking for a new nail salon for a while and I recently saw an ad for Cosmetique in the paper. They were running a special for nails and pedicures. I went in today and I had such a wonderful experience. Not only my nail tech but the whole staff was very friendly. When I was at the nail table having my nails don and I was looking around I noticed a chalk board with a Saturday special for anyone havin hair or nails don you could have an eye brow wax for $10.00. So I had mine done. When I checked out I also got a first time client bag. When I got home and looked inside it had little goodies in it as well as a card for $5.00 off my returning visit. I will definitely be returning. Cosmetique is the place we all should be going. Go and try it. more

When you first enter Cosmetique you immediatly feel you have entered a Salon which has hands on managent along with extrodinary care for the client. Greeted at the door with a warm hello and how are you followed by a wonderful latte"" and having my coat taken and hung up for me it was a perfect experience. My stylist was warm, professional and actually listened to what ""I"" wanted and made certain of it. The cut and care for my hair was equal or better than any I have had in over forty years of going to Salons. If you haven't tried this place - DO- it is wonderful. I truly think that staff members should not be talking about other people loudly. A girl with long red hair was trashing a local businesswoman whom I happen to know personally. That type of behavior should not be tolerated. I would never set foot in that salon again. more

I thought the Salon was just beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. I found that the Hair stylist really listened to what I wanted and even made suggestions on what she thought would look good. The Make-up artist was amazing. She made me look very natural, which I loved. I had some waxings done and let me tell you it was the best eyebrow shaping I have ever had.. She really knows her stuff. The prices are very reasonable. Do yo know that saying you get what you pay for, well this salon is well worth the $. more

The salon is nicely decorated but my experience was below par. We had appointments and were taken on time, but I was not impressed with the service at all. The make-up took about 10 minutes and we were charged $60. Moreover, the makeup artist did not have any make-up, only samples. As for hair, I felt rushed and my hair completely frizzed as soon as I walked outside. For $135 for hair and makeup, I expected to be very impressed with the service. more
