Both Tim and Dan were very friendly and helpful. Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the MKX. He was a good saleman, but not pushy. When I picked up my vehicle he patiently explained everything to me. I would recommend Tim to my friends looking for a car. more

Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event. Salesman Matthew was outstanding, everything I asked for he delivered. He remembered even the smallest of details, said it once he remembered and delivered. Matthew delivered exceptional, personal, and world class customer service! If only there were more Matthew in the car sales field! I cannot say enough of good things about this man! No pressure, knowledgable, professional, but personable. Recognition of Matt's efforts need to be commended!!! more

Matt F was just fantastic. Actually, my son bought a 2011 Focus from him 2 weeks before and recommended Matt. He really took the time to access my needs, what I really wanted and made the best deal possible. Matt understood that I am not very comfortable with all of the technology in my car, but went out of his way to explain how it all works in a clear manner. He has a great sense of humor and made my husband and I feel very comfortable and at ease. I am thrilled with my 2011 Edge, the sales experience that Matt provided, and would recommend Cortese and Matt to anyone. We will definitely be back! more

I have been servicing my Ford Taurus for years at Cortese Ford. They have always been honest and never tried to sell me something I don't need. I bought my car from another dealer, but will always come to Cortese because of the service, and the excellent customer service I receive each and every time. I have been looking to buy a newer car, but my credit needs improvement. Dave was very upfront with me. I know that when I am able to buy, I will buy from Cortese because they always have informed me of what I need and have never tried to pull a fast one in trying to get a bigger sale. These guys are the greatest!! My son also has his Dodge Ram serviced at Cortese Dodge. All the team are very knowledgeable, polite and always go the extra mile to help you and inform you of what would be the best approach. Thank you for such excellent service over the years!! more

I couldn't be happier with the overall experience of buying a car at Cortese. I have also had work done in the service department and body shop. I was treated wonderfully by the staff in all departments. My car has always been fixed properly and on time. I would highly recomend this dealership tp anyone. more

This Dealer doesnt pull the typical car dealer crap..example pressure sales, unreal advertising etc. Went the extra mile to make sure the car was like new and spared to expense at making the car perfect and me and my wife happy. They have earned a customer for LIFE. Thanks again Mr. Cortese, Erik Smith, Michelle Scott, Dan in Service, and Joe in Finance..You guys are true professionals!! more

what can i say. before i started dealing with cortese...every experience i had with a service center or dealership was subpar to say the least. the people at cortese give you estimates that they stick to! and my car is always ready in one day! on top of it...i drop my car off and the courtesy shuttle takes me to work...and picks me up! i love cortese service and have already recommended them to several friends who have gone there and experienced the same level of satisfaction. hats off to whomever is running that place...they make me feel like a valued customer more

honest, forthright, to the point. i searched my vehicle on line...found what i was looking for. called and set an appointment. they financed me in a matter of minutes, gave a me a great value for my trade in...and i was done in a half hour. No terrible negotiating like I have gone through at other places. loved the experience at cortese so much that we went back and bought my wife a car there 6 months later… and we will be back. thank you to steve, pat, john and tim in service. My used car feels and rides like new. Easy to see why they’ve been in business for so long. Thanks again. more
