If you want to save yourself the aggravation and headaches, go to Corona Motorsports! After searching all over southern California, I can tell you, youre not going to get better sales service than you will here. Do yourself a favor and go see Fred! I initially went and saw Fred but continued to look for a better price and could not find one. He gave me a good price on a 2017 Sea Doo within 20 minutes and honored it a week and a half later. Ron is a manager there in finance (I believe) and the great experience continued with him! Other people will tell you what you want to hear, just to get you in the door. These guys had the same story and stuck to it, all along. Actually, they did not stick to it, they gave me a slightly even better deal the day I signed the papers. Cant wait to pick up my PWC this week! I am a loyalist but they have a customer for life with me. Its all about respect, sticking to your word and no gimmicks. I talk to Fred over the email and he gave me a fair out the door price on 2016 GSX-R 600. Not like other dealerships that will not give me out the door price over the phone or email. Fred will not give you pressure to buy the motorcycle and is hard to negotiate the price. more

I bought a used 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650r back in April. I am a new rider and didn't know a whole lot about motorcycles, but everyone at the shop was super friendly and helpful.\r \r I visited the shops a few times before deciding on the 650r. During the buying process, I didn't feel I was being pressured into making a sale, and I think the price was more than fair.\r \r After the bike was delivered to my place (free delivery! I live about 15 min away from the shop), I thought there may be an issue with the bike so I visited them again expressing my concern, they immediately send a mechanic to follow me home to check on the motorcycle. Turned out it was a false alarm, but their customer service is top notch.\r \r When it's time to upgrade my motorcycle, Corona Motorsports will definitely be my go to spot! more

This business truly knows the meaning of customer service, we purchased a MULE, and could not be happier. We actually traveled 50 miles out of our area because the customer service we received on our first visit, convinced us to buy here. From the very start the customer service has always been top notch, and the sales people, are always friendly, and always recognize us when we are in for service. Corona Motorsports was my local dealer for years, and they were always helpful. The only real reason I can't give them 5 stars is their Parts Department. It's very hit or miss with them. Some days you'll call looking for a part, and you'll end up with some high school aged part timer. The next day, you'll get someone super knowledgeable and helpful. Brian in Sales is definitely one of the coolest guys I've ever dealt with, and not because he's ever sold me anything. \r \r I recommend these guys highly for any service work, bike purchases or parts needed. They treat you with respect, and put in the hard work for your money. more

Well, i only went in because i had a recall on my bike for brakes. when i called them, they asked me if i had taken care of the recall yet which means they are really on top of their game. they also had the parts in stock. i went in and they were really nice, quick, and honest. i asked them how much it would cost to change out my spark plugs and he said i should just wait for a few more thousand miles if i have not been experiencing any power loss or if my gas milage wasnt going down. i was in and out in 30 mins. more

Recently purchased a honda cbr 250r here. The customer service was fantastic. I traveled all the way from the pasadena area. The price was significantly lower than the other dealerships I had visited and I went to several. Was able to come in and be on my way with the bike in about 30 minutes. I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the best experience I've had. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a motorcycle. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready for my next bike. more

Thank you for my first bike! I bought a brand new Suzuki SV650S motorcycle in 20 minutes on a Sunday right before they closed. To top things off, as far as service is concerned, they also matched my price, penny for penny. Oh, and Corona Motorsports had the bike ready for me in another 10 minutes. When buying new expensive equipment like ATVs, boats & bikes, I find it is usually extremely difficult to negotiate because I am made to feel like my price point is ridiculous, which in turns makes me feel insecure. I felt like the sales person, Larry, who assisted me took me seriously and literally offered to look up the competitors pricing in order to get me the deal I wanted. I got the price I wanted out the door! and also picked up some last minute nicely discounted motorcycle accessories to ride the bike home safely! The sales staff was respectful and attentive even in the accessories department, which impressed me, because the last 3 cycle sports places I went to I noticed a lot of workers text messaging, which irritates me. I definitely recommend Corona Motorsports to anyone (girl's included!) who wants to buy their first bike.\r \r thanks for the great service more

I had a great experience. I worked with Fred in sales, Brad in parts and accessories, and Jim in service. All were knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I came in to look at a 2014 NC700X, there initial price was a little high but after I left, Fred called and made an offer that I couldn't refuse. I came back the next day, spent 10 minutes with finance and drove away with a new bike. I'm a firm believer that how you approach people sets the tone for the entire visit and was highly impressed.\r \r Brad in parts was also fantastic, talked to him on the phone and came in to get a new Shoei RF1200. Was friendly and easy to work with. I would like to give thanks to Brian for helping us purchase our Sea-Doo's. He was not pushy and very informative and letting us take our time. I first stopped by during my lunch break a few weeks prior to just see what was available. They had lots of 2015 models that were marked down much less because they were getting 2016 models in. I wanted to take advantage of that. Brian helped me figure out a general financing breakdown for 2 of them I liked with a trailer. I brought home the info to the wife. A few weeks later we scheduled a date night to come check them out with her to see what she liked. We went round and round together trying to decide between 1 GTI SE 130 and a Spark to 2 GTI SE 130's to 1 GTI SE 130 and GTI SE 155 or Limited. Well turns out the inventory that they thought they had was wrong and we were much limited on our choices. We ended up going with 1 GTI SE 130 and 1 GTI Limited 155. The whole process was very easy and painless. We walked away very happy with Brian the salesman and Ron the finance guy.\r I will most likely be bringing my Sea-Doo's in here for service. more
