Well, i only went in because i had a recall on my bike for brakes. when i called them, they asked me if i had taken care of the recall yet which means they are really on top of their game. they also had the parts in stock. i went in and they were really nice, quick, and honest. i asked them how much it would cost to change out my spark plugs and he said i should just wait for a few more thousand miles if i have not been experiencing any power loss or if my gas milage wasnt going down. i was in and out in 30 mins.
