Cornerstone Property Management

I have been involved with this company for over 20 years. I started out renting a little house from them a long time ago. I never had any problems. A few years later I was able to buy my first home. Recently I purchased my second house. With prices so low, I decided not to sell my first house, but to rent it. I called Cornerstone and set everything up. It was like calling an old friend. ***BEWARE i checked out this management company's website and saw some rentals in which i was interested. i called them and left a message with my name and number telling which properties i wanted to look at. i gave them about a week. they didn't call me back, so i e-mailed them explaining that i had left a message, but had never heard back and that i was interested in a couple of their listings. they did e-mail me back. saying that they were sorry they hadn't gotten back to me, but that they were short handed that week. fine. i gave them the benefit of the doubt . the following week i called again about the same two rentals. the woman who answered set up an appointment with me to view the rentals the following week. on the day i was to meet them, i showed up at the house five minutes early. i waited 15 minutes. they were a no show. i called the office. it was busy. i called again and got a machine. i left a message leaving my name and number and saying no one had arrived at the property to meet me. i waited another 15 minutes. still a no show and no returned call. still haven't heard from them. all i have to say is if they won't even call you back when you want to rent one of their properties, imagine trying to get a hold of these people when there's something wrong with the rental.
