Great home inspector 4/4/2013

I've met with Greg for two separate home inspections and would not use anybody else. Greg is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He's had many years of experience and came highly recommended from my broker. His experience lends him years of history with many of the condo buildings in the Phoenix metro area--this was helpful because he knew more about the building than the seller's agent. Greg is also punctual--he showed up early on both occasions, ready to go. I definitely recommend Cornerstone Inspections if you're looking for a home inspector! more

Very helpful 3/3/2013

I just finished the inspection with Greg and he was both professional and patient with my questions. He did a great job and pointed out important things with the house. His report is also very detailed and pictures for everything. I enjoyed this experience at such a stressful time. The sewer inspection is well worth it for peace of mind. I highly recommend Cornerstone Inspections. more

Moest professional inspection 6/11/2012

One of the most professional inspections I've ever had done, and I've purchased several homes and always had the home inspected. From the first phone call to the inspection to the follow up a week or so later, Greg has re-instilled faith in the whole home inspection process. more

Highly professional 6/4/2012

Greg came out to my house and did a thorough inspection and gave me a summary that was both informative and helpful. He was extremely professional and friendly. He uses professional engineering equipment in addition to hands-on techniques to do the inspection so you can feel assured the analysis is both accurate and complete. I would recommend Cornerstone Inspections to anyone in need of a structural of general home inspection. more

Recommended home inspection 5/29/2012

Greg did a great job and was very professional. Inspection was thorough and afterward he did a good job explaining what he found and then letting you know which findings were really important and which ones he was just pointing out because he more or less had to. You walk out with a fully printed, color inspection report with pictures and everything and then get emailed an even more complete report later that day. An inspection on a new home purchase is very important and I would recommend Greg to do the job! more

Great home inspector 5/26/2012

Greg has been my preferred inspector for years. His combination of excellent professional competence and strong communication skills allows him to convey to my clients the important details of a home's condition without alarming them unnecessarily. He always goes the extra mile to make sure clients (and I) understand the scope of his findings and can use that information successfully in our home purchase/sale negotiations. more

Good home inspection 5/21/2012

We had Greg inspect a brand new construction. Guess what, he still made a long list for repair/replacement suggestions, which covered the overall structure and a lot of details. He is very patient for our questions, and provided a great amount of maintenance suggestions. We chose him based on his 5 star reviews in Google and after the inspection we were quite sure he deserves it. Strongly recommending Greg. more

Reliable home inspection 5/19/2012

Reliable and thorough home inspectors with very good integrity. I'm a real estate agent and I use them for all of my home inspections including my own personal properties. You won't find anyone better than these guys. more
