Wonderful Instruction 12/29/2009

My family had Monica and Pam Hunt as judges at a previous barn we rode with. We loved them so much that when we moved to the area we looked them up and came for a visit. We were the guests that never left. Our horses are well cared for even when we are away for weeks. We had never experienced this level of instruction before with the emphasis being on correct riding while still having fun. Our horses have never been so happy. We highly recommend this barn!!!! Pros: World class instruction while having fun!!!! Cons: None more

Affordable competitive horseback riding 4/6/2006

If you want to ride horses competitively in a fun and positive environment, I recommend Cornerstone Farm. Moreover, this is the best value in riding in the Boston area. The trainers are top-notch; you won't find this caliber of trainer at a lower price in the Boston area. If you keep a horse at Cornerstone -- which you should expect to do if you're going to compete -- there's no need to worry about the quality of care. Pam Hunt is the ultimate old-fashioned horsewoman. There should be more like her in the business. more

  • In Short
This place is sort of an enigma in the horse world--a show barn with a laid-back atmosphere. Anyone with any kind of horse sense knows the two don't usually go together. Here they do. For 12 years riders of all ages have been learning hunt seat here. Some have even gone on to receive national recognition. As pleased as the barn may be about that, its focus is still to have fun.
